The Angel Number really fits with Louis’ philosophy but who knows. “The number 369 symbolizes caring and providing for others, especially your family members. It also symbolizes philanthropy and love for humanity.”
i totally get why you’re associating it with louis 😊

If you’re going to read Things Have Gotten Closer to the Sun, you need to listen to Mika’s song “Last Party” and make the whole experience entirely heart-wrenching. 😧
Oooooo thank you! I already associate One Last Time by Ariana Grande with that fic I could use more painful content thank you!!

Please help the Canadian Glam project out, we know of nada besides ones in the provinces listed above... Writer/musician Alexander Varty claims that there was NO New Brunswick Glam scene other than that he was in a band (The Flying Hat Band or The Annand Brother band depending on if they were more foppish or jammy) that did Roxy Music and Allman Brothers covers, ha ha! Alas, no photos exist.

I am in Vancouver and I just interviewed Budd Marr of Sweeney Todd for my Canadian Glam book. Budd was one of the only members to play on both albums with Nick Gilder and Bryan Adams and even became the lead singer towards the end in 1978! #sweeneytodd #buddmarr #canadianglam #nickgilder

Yes, Canadian Glam has a Patreon (see bio, perks include a Mystery Package! new 5 dollar perk to come!!!). No, we have no Canadian funding (I just received another Canada Council rejection, see: latest Patreon post about the bland, safe Canadian industry, this book doesn't fit their narrative). I've been working intensely on this book about Glam Rock culture in Canada, tonnes of intensive first hand research and interviews, it is like 20 books in one revealing previously unknown elements of wild Canadian culture also venturing into gay history, fashion history, performance art history, and even magic history! It is also going to be very funny and writerly (good writing brings out the funny). This is a book for a wide audience,  you really don't have to be Canadian (Canadians will learn from it, too). It is even for people who may not even like the music! This book will contain some very fascinating stories!#canadianglam @ Canadawww.patreon.com/canadianglam

Here I am with David M of glam folkers No Fun with the infamous Gorgo candy (from the 80s, a chewy lime concoction) of which they wrote many jingles about. If you bought a copy of the Simply Saucer on the west coast in the 70s it was because of this guy which meant you could also buy the No Fun seven inch in Toronto at the same time (diy distro trade) #nofun #davidm #canadianglam #gorgo #simplysaucer
