If you are looking for customers, it is essential to have a sparkling, clean office. It helps to impress potential clients and increase employee morale. A clean office makes a business look professional, which in turn improves productivity. So, why wouldn't you want to hire a professional? After all, they have the skills, knowledge, and time to get the job done right the first time. And what's more, they'll give you a discount!
The best part about hiring commercial cleaning experts is that you can choose the level of service that best suits your needs. A standard office cleaning job involves sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors. The next step is cleaning the toilets and bathrooms, and even sanitising fixtures and fittings. And finally, you'll be glad that you hired a professional. Your employees will feel better when they're in a clean, germ-free environment.
Most companies that offer commercial cleaning will charge you for the number of hours it takes to clean a particular area. The more hours a place requires to be cleaned, the higher the cost. And the larger the space, the more time it will take. That's why it's important to find out the exact amount of time and effort that a commercial cleaning company will spend on the project. And make sure to pick a reputable company to ensure that you'll receive the best quality service.
While it's common to clean the office in your home, it's not always a good idea. Many people have a hard time keeping their offices clean. It's more convenient to hire a professional cleaning service. Moreover, the cost is typically cheaper when you're working with a large company. When it comes to commercial cleaning, the biggest factor that affects the price is the size of the building. At Clean Options we take a holistic approach to providing the very best service to our customers and developed our ‘CLEANPLUS’ commercial cleaning approach to ensure we deliver the very best service, every time.

How Continued Airline Safety Efforts Can Help Rebuild Traveler Confidence
New Post has been published on https://perfectirishgifts.com/how-continued-airline-safety-efforts-can-help-rebuild-traveler-confidence/
How Continued Airline Safety Efforts Can Help Rebuild Traveler Confidence
People arrive at Orlando International Airport on Thanksgiving eve, November 25, 2020, in Orlando, … [] Florida.
Over the Thanksgiving holiday week, an estimated 1 million Americans per day filled airports and planes – the most crowded that airports had been since the start of the pandemic. Still, airline passenger volume is down 60% from last year, a trend expected to continue over the rest of the holidays. The industry is forecasted to lose $118 billion this year, but to cut those losses to $38 billion in 2021, according to IATA. As the pandemic stretches on, safety continues to be airlines’ No. 1 priority to better serve customers and drive a much-needed revenue boost.
Since the start of the pandemic, there’s been a huge focus on sanitization and overall cleanliness of the traveler experience. Airlines have taken steps to build confidence around air travel safety through revamped cleaning procedures and boarding processes, as part of large-scale initiatives such as United’s CleanPlus and Delta’s CareStandard. From check-in to exiting the airport, these initiatives include a wide range of measures to ensure a cleaner environment. For example, United recently deployed hand-held UVC devices to sanitize their flight decks to destroy any viruses on sensitive switches and touch screen displays. Most, if not all, of the major carriers have invested an equal amount of commitment and delivered similar results in terms of COVID safety protocols.
In addition to focusing on improving the “hard product” and overall safety precautions, airlines have also sponsored studies in partnership with the scientific community and medical institutions to analyze the risk of transmission. For example, a study conducted by the U.S. Department of Defense showed that the risk of transmission of COVID onboard an aircraft is low, largely driven by the mask mandate and frequent air circulation and HEPA filters on aircrafts. A study conducted by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health reached a similar conclusion, that the “layered approach to risk mitigation” alleviated the risk of COVID transmission on aircrafts.
However, while airlines and airports have made tremendous progress in alleviating the risk of contracting the virus during air travel, concerns among potential travelers continue to linger as cases continue to rise. So, what can airlines do to continue building traveler confidence?
Continue to proactively address skepticism and concerns: While this may seem obvious, airlines must continue to address pushback on safety concerns to reinforce public confidence. For example, airlines and aircraft OEMs recently reacted promptly to a new concern related to the reduction of airflow during the deicing procedure. Despite airflow reduction during deicing, airlines and aircraft manufacturers say there still’s good ventilation, and most health experts seem to agree. In addition, aircraft OEMs and airlines recommended air circulation remained switched on during deicing, and airlines are studying the issue to further improve airflow during the process. Another example is Delta’s recent announcement on assisting the CDC in contact tracing by sharing voluntarily-collected passenger contact information with them, a practice airlines have long resisted. All important steps towards making passengers feel more secure during travel.
Add to their quiver of safety measures: One of the more notable new safety measures is the increased testing conducted by airlines for international passengers. United required mandatory COVID tests for all passengers above the age of two for a flight between London and New York earlier this month, the first on which all passengers had tested negative for the virus. Delta took this one-step further, launching the first-of-its-kind, quarantine-free flight from Atlanta to Rome. Airlines must continue taking actions like this to build traveler confidence. In addition, as scientists learn more about COVID-19, airlines should adapt their safety measures to the latest findings and make additions or adjustments to them where it makes sense. While airlines must of course err on the side of caution (I, for one, still use disinfectant wipes on everything!), research developments influence public preferences and opinion, and airlines should respond accordingly.
Manage the surge: As we noted before, the Thanksgiving weekend witnessed a relative surge of travel, and it’s safe to expect a similar spike during the end of the year as well. While social distancing at the airport is relatively feasible with low traffic volumes, it will be harder to manage during these surge periods, and airlines need to remain vigilant to ensure the same, if not greater, level of safety measures as case continue to rise. How will longer than usual TSA lines be managed with appropriate distancing? How will mask requirements be enforced, social distancing in gate areas be enforced, or large gatherings of passengers be managed resulting from increased weather-related cancelations? These are all critical questions as not only holiday travel, but also travel demand more holistically starts to pick-up over the next few months.
Airlines have made tremendous progress in reducing transmission of the virus, especially in such a short period of time and under such distress. Looking ahead, they must build on these accomplishments to further strengthen traveler confidence in 2021 and beyond.

United adds touchless check-in kiosks to airports across the U.S.
As Americans are ramping up to start traveling, amid a loosening of COVID-19 restrictions, United has announce the addition of 219 touchless check-in kiosks across the U.S. The new check-in option was one of a number of initiatives announced as part of the carrier’s CleanPlus strategy of addressing travel during the pandemic.
When travelers scan their phone or a printed pass, the device will automatically print out luggage tags and boarding passes. The first systems rolled out in Orlando, Boston, Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago on May 10, before adding an additional 20 kiosks.
This latest move brings the system to every U.S. airport where United operates kiosks. Additional systems will be added to domestic and international airports through next month, according to the airline.
Other COVID-19-related United initiatives included limiting the numbers of passengers in line, making disinfecting products available through out the trip, a move toward only pre-packaged food, removal of bar area seating and mandatory employee temperature checks. Last month, the TSA implemented similar safeguards for travelers looking to get away during the Memorial Day weekend.

Why Is It Important To Keep Educational Facilities Clean And Tidy?
One of the main reasons to keep educational facilities clean is the health of the students and teachers. Many schools take great pride in their graduation rates and if teachers aren't healthy, they'll have to be replaced, which can disrupt the learning process. Furthermore, having a clean school reduces sick days and the number of substitutes needed. Educational Facilities Cleaning Sydney CBD is more comfortable for students and teachers, and it also helps to prevent the spread of germs.
The educational facilities are highly populated areas and therefore generate a lot of waste. Most of the waste is generated by the students themselves. It is vital to keep these areas clean. In addition to reducing the risk of illness, a clean environment can also improve the mental health of students. In fact, 83% of teachers have reported improved pupil behaviour in a clean classroom. YoungMinds, a mental health charity, says that a clean classroom can improve academic performance and mental well-being.
Keeping the educational facilities clean is important for the students. When students are exposed to many germs, they are at risk of getting sick or falling. Thus, schools need to regularly sanitise and disinfect these spaces. Furthermore, daily cleaning of restrooms is important to maintain a high-quality educational facility. In addition, good hygiene practices can help reduce the risk of diseases spread throughout the school.
Keeping the educational facilities clean is important for the students' health. It fosters a sense of shared school pride. A clean school will make students, teachers, and even parents feel proud of their school. This will translate into happier and healthier students. It will also reduce the costs of sick days for the school and the government. It's also a great way to promote community spirit in a school.
Keeping the educational facilities clean is important for students, teachers, and parents. A clean school is conducive to learning. By maintaining a clean environment, teachers and students can focus on their studies. In a dirty school, children are distracted and are more likely to get sick. A cleaner school is also a good environment for young people to grow up in. In addition, it is easier to keep the educational facilities clean and tidy when the children have less contact with each other.
Besides the health benefits of a clean environment, students learn better in a clean environment. Additionally, a clean school is less likely to have a bacterial or viral infection, which can affect their ability to focus and learn. So, it is important to keep the educational facilities clean and tidy. The following are some of the reasons why it is important to keep the educational facilities clean. At Clean Options we take a holistic approach to providing the very best service to our customers and developed our ‘CLEANPLUS’ commercial cleaning approach to ensure we deliver the very best service, every time.

United Airlines partners Clorox in the United CleanPlus initiative
United Airlines partners with Clorox and Cleveland Clinic in a new standard of cleanliness and safety
United Airlines is introducing United CleanPlus: the company’s commitment to putting health and safety at the forefront of the entire customer experience, with the goal of delivering an industry-leading standard of cleanliness.
United CleanPlus brings together a most trusted brand in surface disinfection – Clorox – and the country’s top medical experts – Cleveland Clinic – to inform and guide United’s new cleaning, safety and social distancing protocols that include touchless kiosks in select locations for baggage check-in, sneeze guards, mandatory face coverings for crew and customers, and giving customers options when flights are more full.
Specifically, Clorox products will be used at United’s hub airports and medical experts from the Cleveland Clinic will advise on new technologies, training development and quality assurance programming.
By establishing collaborations with world-renowned leaders in surface disinfection and health like Clorox and Cleveland Clinic, United customers can travel with more confidence knowing that the airline’s protocols have been informed by trusted experts.
“Safety has always been our top priority, and right now in the midst of an unprecedented crisis, it’s our singular customer focus,” said United CEO, Scott Kirby, in a video message to customers. “We recognise that COVID-19 has brought cleanliness and hygiene standards to the front of customers’ minds when making travel decisions, and we’re not leaving a single stone unturned in our pursuit to better protect our customers and employees.”
Clorox is working closely with United to enhance the airline’s cleaning programme, redefine disinfection procedures and equip customers with amenities at select locations that help support a healthier and safer environment throughout their travel journey. Clorox products will first roll out at United’s hub airports in Chicago and Denver and will be used in the gate and terminal areas, with additional locations to follow.
“We’re proud Clorox will play a role in United CleanPlus to enhance people’s safety when they travel,” said Benno Dorer, chair and CEO, The Clorox Company. “Connecting the world more safely, when possible, is an important part of our recovery as a society. Together we are helping people when they travel for work or pleasure. We look forward to working with United to explore more ways to help keep their customers healthy during their travel experience.”
The United CleanPlus commitment goes far beyond disinfection. United consulted with experts at Cleveland Clinic to provide guidance on the airline’s policies and procedures – from mandatory face coverings to touchless kiosks in select locations for baggage check-in, to social distancing – and ensure they meet or exceed industry standards.
Medical experts from the Cleveland Clinic will also advise on new technologies, training development and quality assurance programming. And, as scientists learn more about how to fight COVID-19, Cleveland Clinic experts will help United use those discoveries to quickly implement new ways to keep customers safe.
“As the public begins to adjust to a world that’s been altered by the COVID-19 pandemic, health and safety are of the utmost importance,” said Tomislav Mihaljevic, M.D., Cleveland Clinic CEO and President. “We are proud to be part of this programme and to share the knowledge we’ve gained as we’ve worked to contain and understand COVID-19 over the past several months. It’s important for everyone to take precautions as we enter this new phase of COVID-19 response, and Cleveland Clinic is pleased to play a role in helping people travel safely.”
The United CleanPlus commitment to customers is already happening throughout the travel journey across the United network in a number of ways. To date, United has implemented more than a dozen new policies and procedures aligned with United CleanPlus that are designed with health and safety in mind.

An Airline, A Hospital and A Disinfectant Brand Walk Into A(n Airport) Bar–the New Health/Care Collaboration in the Age of COVID
You’ve heard the one about three characters walking into a bar. A new collaboration between United Airlines, Cleveland Clinic and Clorox reminded me of that scenario, and that in the age of the coronavirus pandemic, collaboration can bolster our health.
In the era of COVID-19, people — consumers. patients managing chronic conditions, and caregivers (whether for younger or older loved ones) — are concerned about contracting the virus. In U.S. states where governors mandated shelter-at-home for much of the first half of 2020, millions of people have become conditioned to physically distance, wear face coverings, and #StayHome.
In particular, workers who travel in the course of their jobs completely halted booking airline travel in February and the vast majority haven’t yet tried flying the friendly skies. Instead, workers who could do so have been tele-working from home, increasingly creating home office spaces, clicking into virtual meetings, developing Zoom fatigue, and snacking between meetings.
To attract flyers, whether frequent or tourist, to book flights, airlines like hospitals, restaurants, gyms and other public spaces have to make their case to the risk-managing traveler that it’s safe to board and fly on an airplane.
Enter a new collaboration for healthy travel featuring one of the world’s largest airlines, United; the most recognized global hospital brand, Cleveland Clinic; and, one of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, Clorox. This trio is working together on United CleanPlus.
Together, these three well-recognized organizations have come together to bolster consumer confidence in getting back to flying for work, fun, or family reasons. The over-arching goal of the initiative is for United Airlines to deliver, “an industry-leading standard of cleanliness.”
The CleanPlus protocol at the airport is for United travelers to experience touchless kiosks for baggage check-in, sneeze guards, mandatory face coverings for crew and customers, and providing flexibility to consumers who may be concerned about a flight that is too-full for their own sense of safety. The plan is to limit advance seat selections and allow consumers to change to another flight if the one they booked is over 70% capacity.
Clorox products will be used in the cleaning and hygiene process for the planes, and Cleveland Clinic is advising on technology, training, and quality assurance. The program is being first rolled out at United Airlines’ hubs in Chicago and Denver.
“As the public begins to adjust to a world that’s been altered by the COVID-19 pandemic, health and safety is of the utmost importance,” Tomislav Mihaljevic, M.D., Cleveland Clinic CEO and President, is quoted in the press release on the program. “We are proud to be part of this program and to share the knowledge we’ve gained as we’ve worked to contain and understand COVID-19….It’s important for everyone to take precautions as we enter this new phase of COVID-19 response, and Cleveland Clinic is pleased to play a role in helping people travel safely.”
Clorox will be the hygiene brand involved in the enhanced cabin sanitation as part of electrostatic spraying, implemented in flights this month.
Health Populi’s Hot Points: Cleveland Clinic’s tagline is, “Every life deserves world-class care.” The health system has a market reach around the world and is a global healthcare organization in several ways: the hospital treats thousands of patients from outside of the U.S. annually; the organization operates health care provider organizations around the world; and, Cleveland Clinic also advises other health care providers on issues of quality and patient safety, patient experience, digital health, supply chain, innovation and other areas of expertise for which the Clinic is world-recognized. The United CleanPlus program leverages Cleveland Clinic’s expertise in these and other competencies.
For Clorox, the program extends the brand further in hospitality, travel, and health care in the expanding market for hygiene that the COVID-era has inspired. In the B2C market landscape, hygiene products for the home and personal care have been top-sellers. In the COVID-consumer’s pandemic pantry-building and Stay-at-Home journey, Clorox has enjoyed a stock share renaissance with the likes of Campbell’s Soup and Netflix, for home hygiene, shelf-stable food stock-up and video streaming.
For United Airlines, partnering with Cleveland Clinic and Clorox benefits from a halo effect of two trusted consumer brands in health care and hygiene as consumers worry about “re-entering” the economy in retail and travel. The airline industry has suffered mightily in the Great Lockdown, and to attract travelers back to airports and planes, must ensure that people feel comfortable, safe, protected and valued in the process — from planning a trip to the time spent in the airport, on the plane, and departing at the destination. That’s a lot of dots to connect in the consumer experience journey — something the Cleveland Clinic knows a lot about in the organization’s many years pioneering patient experience innovations.
In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, it takes a village, a collaboration, to bolster trust in leaving the house (and returning to health care settings) after weeks or months of Staying Home. Watch for lessons to be learned from this innovative United CleanPlus program: we’ll see more partnerships like this one, crossing industry siloes to help consumers make health and manage risks in a world growing smaller and more interconnected.
To learn more about the program, check out this video from the airline featuring the company’s relatively new CEO, Scott Kirby, who is confronting the COVID-19 pandemic early on in his job.
