MB-D5S is the only one left. Not because she was the only one made. No, there where many more. Some failed before they could draw there first breath, some malfunctioned.

But the rest? The strong that survived long enough to be trained and raised? MB-D5S killed them. Caretaker only needed one, needed only the "superior" one. So Caretaker would make them fight to the death, to clear out the failures and train them.

If they can't even take out weak ones, how are they suppose to take out an enemy on the battle field?

MB-D5S has a voice changer on her battle mask.

It makes her voice darker, sharper and honestly a lot more off-putting. It was made to give the listener a sense of wrongness, make them feel unease and on edge.

It makes her voice unrecognisable. But in reality her voice is soft and surprisingly gentle compare to her sharp and bulky looks.
