I don't know why, this is already a relative 'dark and mature' series, but whatever sex gets mentioned/shown in media, I'm always thrown off lol--I think by now I should be expecting these sorts of things.

Tim is a freelance designer (what designer I want to know--I know it's irrelevant to the series, but that's what I'm trying to go for--not so much freelance though). He goes to a bar called the Dogstar. I've only been to one bar in my life for a coworker's birthday party and it also had a cheesy name--the Sandbar (this was nowhere near a beach.) Maybe all bars have cheesy names.

I don't know why but this episode was so awkward to me. Harriet seems paranoid but at the same time went out to dance and have a good time--it just seems so weird to me. She only keeps drinking water though so I'm wondering why she went to a bar, by herself?

Harriet mentions being mugged by some woman, said the person had black matted hair... maybe it's a standard for people to mention but John's hair in episode 2 was mentioned and Gerald's. Hmm... she also said 'mugged' but I'm thinking whatever was stolen was her 'life' essentially. She had worms inside of her which... I think they were suddenly awakened after Tim and her had sex. Maybe the worms inside of her compelled her to be fertilized so she went seeking for someone. Tim said that something sounded like an 'egg' had been dropped and I couldn't help but notice the symbolism of what an egg represents. Something hatching... but Harriet is dead with worms so a parasitical relationship between whatever was inside of her.

Is the supernatural trying to find a way to live in the normal world? Are they taking over corpses and bodies of others, and then trying to breed into humans? Well, Tim set the place ablaze so it wouldn’t spread, however Jonathan mentions that when Sasha (I forgot Sasha was one of his apprentices with Tim and Martin, huh?) investigated, the apartment complex wasn’t burned--this reminds me of the KnK’s Paradox Spiral.

Maybe Harriet transferred whatever was inside into Tim, and now he has paranoia too.

Jonathan mentions that the description of the black matted hair woman matches a Jane Prentiss? And that if Tim did have sex with Harriet, they needed to find him soon. So this phenomenon isn't new to the Institute... and yeah, I think Tim is now the host of whatever plagued Harriet.

Flashback: Keanu Reeves and his band Dogstar performed on the Gold Coast in 1998

Hollywood actor Keanu Reeves led his band Dogstar in a performance at Currumbin’s legendary music venue The Playroom.

Dogstar was an alternative act which was founded in 1991 by Reeves and his friend Robert Mailhouse who met the same year in a supermarket before jamming together.

Reeves, already a Hollywood star, was the band’s bassist and backup singer, giving it extra publicity as it started to play a series of big gigs, including opening for David Bowie in 1995.

Later that same year Dogstar toured Australia before released their debut album, Our Little Visionary.

By 1998 the band was working on a second album and decided to tour again, with a gig announced for the Gold Coast.

And nobody was more excited than young Gold Coast guitarist Cassie Doyle.

The 18-year-old was teaching herself the electric guitar and got the chance to meet the boys, including Reeves who was also self-taught.

For 25 minutes Cassie, who made headlines when she and her mother Sue petitioned the State Government to investigate a cancer outbreak at Currumbin — chatted to the Dogstar team.

Cassie, who was fighting acute myeloid leukaemia for more than two years, got to sit through

Dogstar’s sound check before the band’s gig at the Playroom.

When the band finished they met Cassie and her mother, with the star revealing he had a close family member who also had leukaemia, his sister Kim.

“He just acted like a normal person. He asked if I had leukaemia,” she said.

“He was really easy to talk to. He was very down to Earth and wasn’t snobby. He talked normally. I said ‘sorry’ and he said ‘No I wanted to be here’.

“The whole band was really nice.”

And Cassie said she could boast to friends she had shared drinks with a man regarded as one of the world’s sexiest.

“He took a drink of water and straight afterwards asked me if I wanted some,” she said.

“How deadly’s that?”

Cassie said she first became aware of Reeves in the Bill and Ted adventure films.

She asked him about the movie My Own Private Idaho, in which he and the late River Phoenix played gay men.

“I asked him if he ever played with River’s band …. he had … and also with Flea out of the Chilli Peppers.”

During their Gold Coast visit Dogstar’s members were planning to go swimming with the dolphins at Sea World but pulled out at the last minute.

Instead they returned to their hotel after enjoying a one and a half-hour lunch at Saks Restaurant at Marina Mirage.

Cassie continued to bravely fight cancer for another year before it finally claimed her life in 1999 at the age of 21.

She was one of 12 people who was diagnosed with the condition in her suburb, though the State Government later gave it the all clear.

Dogstar finally released its second album, Happy Ending in 2000.

They performed for the final time in October 2002 and broke up shortly thereafter.

her name sounds like a stripper because it was her mothers first pet (a hamster called willow) and the street she grew up on (holiday boulevard). neither of her parents have the surname holiday, and they were drunk when they filled in her birth certificate.

willow grew up in a trailer park. her dad is an alcoholic used car salesman and her mom moved to LA to become an actress when willow was five.

she and her father have lived in black sheep basically all their lives. she has a half-brother who she only saw occasionally, because he lived with his mom. (a possible connection?? as they wouldn’t need 2 have same surname or have shared the same childhood upbringing, just both have the same deadbeat, lazy father)

she has never eaten a vegetable. lives on fries n ice cream. like a beano charcter on ecstasy. ran away to join the circus when she was 12 but got lost and ended up just hitchiking with some irish travellers in their caravan for a week.

what motivates willow is inadequacy -- as a child she blamed herself for her mother’s move, and never really considered that her mom might just be a selfish person looking to further her own career. so because of this, she strives to always be extraordinary, mysterious, bold, unpredictable, so that people will want to keep her in their lives and won’t leave her like her mother did, although of course this facade becomes extremely tiring, and often after hours of performance she can grow irritable and snappish.

she grew up on the coast, and she nearly drowned as a kid because she constantly tried to hang around with the older kids and they said if she wanted to be their friend she had to prove herself so she jumped from the rocks into the sea n barely survived so as a result she’s terrified of water.

bratty drama queen. sees acting as a way to be close to her mom who she thinks is a star in LA but is probably actually just a washed out barmaid (i didn’t steal this plot from tracy beaker, your honour, i swear). performing for her is kind of an escapism.

when she was 15 she sent nudes to a guy in her class and after they circulated the school she dropped out and left town with an older guy, who was 20 at the time. he’d told her he had connections in new york who could make her famous but really she just spent a lot of time in crummy hotels with him n selling ice creams at amateur theatres. ( wanted connection?? ). there was a missing person’s investigation into this and posters of her everywhere. sometimes she likes to take them out and look at it, because it’s the closest to fame she’ll ever get.

has a large number of instagram followers, which she prides herself on. she often uses the social media platform to upload aesthetic photos of her lunch, neon signs and clubs she frequents, or cute half-nudes. willow is attention-seeking, mostly because of her fear of being perceived as boring or normal.

she honestly just wants to be held by someone who actually gives a shit whether she lives or dies, her father wasn’t a bad parent he was just rarely around and she was a constant reminder that the love of his life had left him. her mother was honestly shit so she takes a while to adjust to girls who are acutally nice to her.

is provocative and unashamedly weilds her sexuality sometimes as a weapon to get what she wants. but behind that attention-grabbing look at me look at me aura of straddling anyone who gives her the eye she just needs to feel wanted and appreciated, and she doesn’t really know how to get that intimacy other than through physical intimacy
