#youre nothing like what youve received. and you didnt deserve what you got.#its a hard thing to say bc i feelshame fir loving myself & i dont want this to come off with a narcassitic tone but#sometimes i think im beautiful. not physically but like#im compassionate and dedicated and so fucking loving of others#ive grown up in a world of back to back trauma and ive done nothing but come out on top of it.#i was talking to a coworker about the abuse ive gone through today. and#the way she said#when i imagine myself i genuinely dont see my physical body. i see sunshine#a bright glow radiating warmth. thats how i see myself. and thats all i want to be#love and kindness and warmth and growth#and i really#truly. love that about myself
