Vance Astrovik can be too dramatic and emotional at times

1st and 2nd pics = Fantastic Four #356, 1991 (Vance Astrovik as Marvel Boy informs his teammates that he has had a "telepathic flash" and he claims that there’s some kind of deadly danger.) 

3rd, 4th and 5th pics = New Warriors v1 # 43, 1994 (Even though Vance Astrovik had been released from prison on parole for his good behavior, the anti-mutant mob had been pressuring them. When one of the mutant haters threw a canister which contained an aborted mutant fetus, this drove Vance into a rage that he grabbed the bigots and threw them about with his telekinesis while yelling at them. The New Warriors could not do anything but stand there and watch him vent out his anger. On the same issue, Vance came up with his new superhero identity as Justice and he stops the anti-mutant mob from burning down his house where his mother holed herself up.) 

6th and 7th pics = New Warriors v1 #69 and #70, 1996 (Despite all their efforts to fight and protect Speedball from Sphinx the powerful enemy, they could not prevent Speedball from getting “killed”. Vance was so overwhelmed with grief that he screams at Sphinx in tears. Vance got too upset as he kept blaming himself for failing to protect Speedball and letting death happen that he yelled at Timeslip when she had another future-vision. Thankfully, Speedball got better at the end of the story arc when it turned out to be a time travel clusterfuck.) 

8th pic = Avengers v3 #8, 1998 (At that time when Vance joined the Avengers along with Firestar, he gets too worked-up on himself as he feels inferior among the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Because the Avengers had to focus on protecting the civilians from the falling debris of the airport instead of stopping the gunmen, Vance berates himself for letting the gunmen to escape. Thor calms him down by putting a hand on his shoulder and explains to him that even the Avengers do have limits as they have to defend the civilians first.) 

9th pic = Avengers v3 #16, 1999 (As Vance had fumbled up his words from his nervousness when he tried to make a speech to the Avengers, he becomes too overwhelmed that he has an emotional meltdown in the room. Angelica tries to calm him down when Jarvis enters into the room and Vance nearly yells at him. Realizing his mistake of lashing out, Vance apologizes to Jarvis for his behavior.) 

10th pic = I heart Marvel #2, 2006 (In a poorly-written valentines day special comic, Vance Astrovik prepares for a wedding to marry Angelica on a special day. Unfortunately, Angelica wasn’t ready for marriage when she ignored his phone calls after hanging out with her friends at the bachelorette party. Next day, Angelica and Vance meet up at the bridge to have a talk. Vance confronts Angelica and acts like a drama king by whining that he’s like a woman in a relationship. Angelica confessed that she needed more life experience before settling into married life. The long-time couple of the New Warriors broke up their engagement and relationship that they left in a huff.) 

11th pic = New Warriors v5 #5, 2014 (Before Vance, Kaine and Water Snake could sense something, he gets scratched on his chest by Felinatus, a.k.a Mister Whiskers. Vance look too dramatic with his pose and left whining in pain.)
