I feel like Kirishima’s brain is stuck between a state of complete panic and utter bliss.

His alpha instincts are obviously on high alert, but it doesn’t put him in an entirely different frame of mind for the duration of the pregnancy.

I think the best way I can describe it is an unintentional yandere mode that only activates when he thinks you’re in danger.

Like he can’t stop smiling, because, duh- the love of his life is pregnant.

He is so fixated on that beautiful, motherly-glow radiating from your being that nothing can keep the happiness from welling up inside of him. 

So when some alpha tries to flirt with you- he just keeps that happy little smile on his face, and gives them eyes that promise to snap their legs and disembowel them. 

Needless to say, they very quickly back off.

Unintentionally-yandere Kiri is a scary (but effective) Kiri.

However, like I said, he’s absolutely thrilled about all of this. He couldn’t be happier about having pups with you.

He doesn’t mind his trusted male friends being around you, so sometimes Kiri invites them over and they end up helping prepare things for the baby shark.

Chances are, he invites Bakugo and Sero over to help paint the nursery while you’re out on a spa day with Mina (I think we can all agree that shenanigans would ensue, and all of them would be covered in paint by the time you and Mina got home).

Kiri would really love picking out stuffed animals for the baby.

He may be a manly man, but he has such a blatant soft-spot for cute things (i.e. YOU).

Also, he’d probably take lamaze classes with you, and he’d be super serious about it.

He’d have his muscle tee, his gym shorts, and his head-band on- completely focused the entire time.

Yes. The definition of wholesome.

But of course he would take it seriously, no detail is too small when it comes to his wife and baby.

To his future family.

His position as your alpha is the most honored ever given to him, and you are bestowing upon him another honorary position. Another life-defining role. Another precious gift…

The gift of being a dad.

Alpha Izuku X Pregnant SO

Honestly, I feel like Izuku would be super focused on getting things prepared and planned out.

His alpha-ness wouldn’t make him really hyper-aggressive as much as it would make him hyper-alert.

Like, his vision, hearing, and sight would just skyrocket.

He could hear a small huff of annoyance from the other side of the house.

*Izuku hears small noise*

“Honey?? Are you okay??”

“Sweetheart, I yawned.”

He is also a little paranoid, but that’s just typical alpha-dad to-be behavior… and typical Izuku behavior.

He would probably start baby-proofing the house like there was no tomorrow.

Corners? Cushioned.

Sockets? Covered.

Drawers? Child-locked.

He also starts improving things around the house for no reason, which is, obviously, precious as all hell.

Now we observe the cinnamon roll in its natural habitat, patching up the cinnamon roll burrow for his expecting cinnamon roll mate.

Shut up, yes, you are also a cinnamon roll.

Just accept it.

He doesn’t even know why he’s doing it. He’s just… alpha-nesting.

Getting things in order for Mom and Baby.

Why is he fastening every hinge and screw in the house?

He has no idea, he’s just doing it.

Also, let’s not forget that he probably has a notebook dedicated to you and the baby.

He has a list of things you’ll need during the pregnancy (health-wise, like vitamins and such), the shots the baby is going to need, ways to help with your morning sickness, a few pages full of name ideas…

Like I said before- cinnamon roll.

There’s no denying it though- he really enjoys your sudden dependency on him.

He beams like the sun when you ask him to help you do something.

It gives him a sense of fulfillment seeing that you rely on him, and it reminds him how lucky he is to have you.

Such a strong and incredible woman, relying on him to help and care for her, and for the baby she is having with him.

What more could a man or a husband ask for?

Alpha Shinsou X Pregnant SO

When his omega, the center of his universe, his reason for living, tells him that she’s pregnant- he did what came naturally in that moment…

He burst into a smile, and laughed, picking her up and twirling her around like the happiest man in the world.

But a switch also went off.

A primitive switch, one that was hard-wired by instincts.

His love. His wife. His Omega. Pregnant. With his baby. 

The one he placed inside of her.

Everything that mattered the most to him in the entire world was either you, or was now living inside of you.

So I think it goes without saying that… when he learned that you were pregnant… he turned into a total asshole.

I mean, he had always kind of been an asshole, and you actually didn’t mind that. It added to his rugged nature.

You were even used to his over-protectiveness, and his possessiveness over you. He was an alpha, and you were an omega. It was to be expected.

But this. This was a whole new level, even for him. He was throwing glances sharp enough to cut diamonds at anyone who looked your way.

He hovered over you wherever you went, saying it was to make sure he could catch you if you tripped, or pick up whatever you may drop.

You lovingly rolled your eyes and allowed it, but you knew.

He was going into alpha-dad body-guard mode.

Because body language is everything, and nothing says “Back the fuck off,” like looming over your pregnant wife and giving everyone in the vicinity death glares.

So surprise, surprise, no one really bothered you.

At home, he did everything he could to ensure you were comfortable, to pamper you in any way he could. Something he had always taken joy in doing.

He loved to spoil his kitten, and had gotten very good at it after countless sessions of after-care.

As long as he was doing it with you, you could’ve asked him anything and he would’ve done it.

The only request you really made was for certain snacks, which he insisted that he get for you the very minute you asked.

“Sweetheart, it’s okay, we can go get it in the morning!”

“You said you’re craving vanilla ice-cream and watermelon, right?”

“Well… yeah, but-“

*Shinsou, already putting on his shoes*

“Then I’m going to get my wife some vanilla ice-cream and watermelon.”

“Toshi! It’s 2 AM!”

“And?”

Shinsou Hitoshi knew that his wife was the most adorable human being in the history of anything. It was basically a scientific fact.

And he used this ‘factual evidence’ as logical reasoning to go to whatever lengths necessary to protect you.

Even if that meant brainwashing sketchy looking alphas to go walk a mile in the opposite direction.

Even if that meant turning into even more of an asshole than he already was.

The most beautiful woman in the world was his omega, and she was carrying their baby.

There were no better things in the world to become an asshole for.

This is gonna get sappy. Hello! Thank you for 2K (again)! 

Honestly, when I left 2-3 yrs ago I didn’t have any intentions on returning, or at least I hoped beyond hope I wouldn’t cave. I did, though. I’ve been sharing headspace with Uni for a long time, though by official count it’s at five years. A fella I’ve spent a lot of one-on-one time with, getting to know, helping him grow, and he, in turn, helping me in a lot of ways. Writing him has been therapeutic in a way I cannot even begin to describe and when we left those years ago it was for a number of reasons. The biggest being that we--or, really, I--felt as though we had overstayed our welcome. Uni wasn’t shiny and new anymore, hadn’t been for some time, so finding people to write with was like pulling teeth. I had just recently been plagiarized, too, and that honestly made me too paranoid with everything/one. 

But, lo and behold, I returned at the beginning of the year or so, though my activity was in and out for personal reasons. Since properly returning with a fixed schedule not two months ago, I must say I am so... relieved by the way he’s been [re]accepted back into the RP community. Even despite his divergence, despite my hesitance to divulge too much info, etc. It’s been so refreshing to see him get all this activity, to have people want to interact with him, to want to get to know him. AND BLESS THESE SHIPS, HONESTLY. Basically, we love you all and I would thank you all individually but that’d take a long time. Hence this blurb before the proper bias list to say we appreciate you all and wanna write with everyone!

That being said, this bias list will only cover people I’m very close to, people who’ve been following Uni for a long time, or have simply meant quite a bit to us in recent weeks. Please do not be upset if you’re not listed below, as it’s nothing personal and we do appreciate you! It’s just I follow a LOT of people, and, tbh we aren’t close yet-- that can certainly be changed!
