Unfortunately its just shitty brain chemistry for me. I have no reason for sad to be so overwhelming.
#Lack of independence can get to me sometimes. And also lack of friendly socialisation. And no self worth. And a bit of internalised rage.#Feeling useless and pathetic only ever adds to my sad- so i try to be helpful and do things.
