Because not only was my boy done dirty with SEA portrayal, we didn't even get to see him wearing the Kunugigaoka uniform 😭💔

Like I said in my redesign post of Puey, I decided to headcanon him as Filipino for my own comfort and ease as he was ambiguously southeast asian... and that extends to giving him a surname, since he did already quit being an assassin by the end of Korotan B, and I do have an AU where he became a permanent member of Class 3-E.
