when ur like the average westerner's level of meat consumption is utterly unsustainable, for the earth, for their body, for supply chains, etc and then some internet addicted leftist is always like what about people who are allergic to mushrooms?? oh so youre saying we should all wear pleather??? ummm but [something bad that happened in the production of a vegetable]??? ok and? sorry but claiming that a minority of people are entitled to huge amounts of deforestation, pollution, energy, water, human labour etc in order to consume in a day the amount of meat everyone else eats in a month is not a left wing idea?

#most of my family aren't vegetarian but eat meat like.. once a week #bc its not normal to eat meat every single day multiple times #I love when ppl make arguments that imply meat eaters don't also eat vegetables #also like 90% of energy is wasted up each layer of the food chain like 100kg of soy produces 10kg of beef #the vast majority of spy production in the world is for CATTLE FEED not the tiny minority of ppl who are drinking soya milk omggggg #also love ppl who have never owned a single leather item in their lives getting mad at synthetic materials like the main market for them is #vegans. rather than just people who cant afford anything else
