Okay, so I still think she dresses in the sort of militant esque aesthetic when in civvies. She is like THE leader of the Urzikstan Liberation Force, so she's still going to dress important. It's stated that people look up to her

She's also 30, so she's going to obviously dress her age, lol

We do see in the game, though, that's she's not super modest, I still think she's not going to go out wearing anything too showy.

Like, this is how she dresses for missions and I think she sticks to that. (Also, I definitely think she's the lesbian that like makes a big show of pulling off whatever baggy jacket she's wearing to reveal one of those tank tops underneath. Am I also that lesbian? Maybe.)

Honestly, think Ziva David from NCIS. She dressed in a very Military Style aesthetic, even on the street.
