I've been thinking about getting bby a new hard drive for her bday / christmas! The only thing is I've never like. done anything hardware wise before. But I don't wanna ask my father or anything to help because I know he'll fuck around and put her running on windows 11 or some shit to prove he can do it. So....I'd be doing everything myself, to component replacement to OS installation and that's really nerve-racking ^^;

I don't have anything to unscrew the screws either so I'll have to look into that as well ^^;#I'll have to get the hardrive which I'm pretty sure I've found? I'll have to check her actual hardrive again #but it looks sameish. gotta get a screwdriver for the screws. gotta get a usb so I can put a linux install on her #I think maybe my father is under the misconception that the reason I have nothing installed on bby is because she's running on linux mint #so he keeps saying like 'Oh I'll put her on windows 11! then you can play all the games you can on the other laptop'#but that's not why I haven't got anything installed on her. I don't have anything installed on her because her hard drive is failing #and I don't want to stress her out ;-;#gwahhhhh #I'll see after I buy everyone else's christmas stuff #hehe #objectum #android.txt
