*thinking* since steve cobs is the only inanimate insanity character who was based on a real person and steve jobs was mixed arab/white doesnt that technically mean cobs is the only character who would canonically be a POC if they were humans.....

mostly joking but i do think it's funny when ppl draw steve cobs humanizations w/ Beautiful luscious blonde hair and blue eyes looking like a hitler youth when steve jobs as an actual irl person looked like this when he was younger

#txt #inanimate insanity #like if u dont give that piece of corn dark brown hair RIGHT NOW!!!!!#i get it cuz he is primarily yellow so it makes sense. but i dont like to design humanizations with hair the color of their object #unless it REALLY makes sense for their personality. dont like fan humanizations where he has red/yellow dyed hair. dont do that to him #i would argue fan and yinyang are also canonically nonwhite objects cuz they originated in nonwhite cultures #im an enjoyer of mixed italian/chinese yinyang and chinese/filipino fan personally <3 #(i know ppl have arguments over if ppl from west asia/arab countries are considered white or not #and i seriously doubt steve jobs ever considered himself anything other than white since he was adopted by a white family #but obviously race is a social construct anyway and ppl from arab countries are mostly seen as brown/nonwhite especially with the rise #of islamophobia in the past few decades. so even though steve jobs and steve cobs are white or white passing-ish #IM JUST SAYING. for the sake of this discussion they're mixed nonwhite/arab from syria)
