I april följde jag och en kollega från Regionbiblioteket med på en studieresa till Dalarna inom projektet Dela Läslust. Fokus för resan var bemötande och mångspråk och vi besökte bibliotek i Borlänge, Säter och Ludvika.

På biblioteket i Säter fick vi förmånen att träffa tre nyanlända ungdomar från Afghanistan, Syrien och Sudan, som alla arbetar i projektet IT-Guide. Tillsammans med entreprenören bakom ITguide, Gunilla Lundberg, berättar ungdomarna om sina upplevelser och sin utveckling.

IT-guide går ut på att kunniga nyanlända ungdomar lär seniorer att använda datorer, surfplattor och mobiler. Verksamheten startade i Örebro 2010 och finns idag i 12 kommuner i Sverige. IT-guiderna rekryteras bland ungdomar som går språkintroprogrammet och varit i Sverige i omkring 2 år. De som får jobb får en 30 timmars utbildning och blir del i ett lokalt team men också ett större nationellt nätverk. De jobbar sedan på lördagar parallellt med sina gymnasiestudier. Mötena mellan seniorerna och IT-guiderna sker ofta på biblioteket och kallas ibland för “internetcafé”. De är alltid flera IT-guider som jobbar samtidigt. Gunilla berättar att projektet föddes ur en vilja att underlätta ungdomarnas integration i samhället. IT-guide har fungerat som ett verktyg för det och nyckelorden för både unga och äldre i projektet är: delaktighet, ledarskap, motivation, språkutveckling och tillhörighet.

Ungdomarna vi träffar beskriver hur de inte bara utvecklat sitt språk utan också sin pedagogiska förmåga och sitt tålamod. De berättar att de fått nya vänner och känner sig behövda. En i publiken frågar vad de gör om de får en fråga de inte kan svaret på (något vi väl alla känner igen från biblioteksvardagen). De berättar då lugnt och metodiskt för oss hur de lyssnar noga på problemet och ber att få återkomma med ett svar. Så självklart och klokt!

IT-guide finansieras och drivs bland annat med stöd från Arvsfonden och länsstyrelsen och ITguide lägger tillsammans med kommunerna upp lokala lösningar.

De IT-guider vi träffade skrev på instagram efter mötet: “På resa till Dalarna och föreläsning för bibliotekarier från Mellansverige. Många grät när vi berättade historier om hur det är att vara IT-guide och de fina möten vi har på internetcafé.” Ja, så var det nog… Men mer än att gråta så kan den som är nyfiken på hur IT-guide kan fungera på biblioteken läsa mer på deras webbplats, www.it-guide.se. IT-guide söker fler kommuner att samarbeta med, och vill gärna växa i Stockholms län, så det finns stora möjligheter för den som tycker att det här verkar vara en intressant verksamhet.

NS0-003 Exam questions are mostly scenario-based. These scenarios can be pretty diverse. So, reading the idea does not automatically guarantee to apply this knowledge in situations. That is where the practice questions help. A quick look at the NS0-003 questions will make you realize that most of the questions on the exam are scenario-based.

Further, as you solve various questions, you will notice that questions can be divided into specific categories. Some questions are short and direct, whereas others are lengthy. Some questions are formula-based, and there are others scenario-based. It will help you identify the different types of questions as you read them and the variety of skills you require to build to tackle them. The minute you read a question on the test day, you should recall the strategy to solve it.

There are many references for practice questions in the market. Make sure that you research the quality of the material and the source’s reputation before you choose one.

4. Take NS0-003 Exam Practice Tests

An extension of the above tip is to write the whole simulated tests apart from cracking practice questions. If you treat the NS0-003 practice exam only as a knowledge-based test, you are bound to fail. Yes, it does have a vast syllabus, and the questions are hard.
