So yeah, Inui DOES NOT HAVE ANY SCAR; and here is some more info about Koko and Inui in the last time skip, so, It seems that the fire accident did not happen

Inupi always keeps Kokonoi's wallet in his care.

Apparently, Koko in this latest timeline is not obsessed with money; so he leaves it in Inui's care. Inui also has no scar, so it is likely that Akane is not dead.

I dreamt that today the koko and inui scene will be animated but instead of their talk ending like in the Manga, it ended by them making out heavily on the battlefield and everyone else was just staring

Well that would certainly be an interesting way to end things. Everyone staring at them and being so confused by it though, not knowing what to do. Mucho who's literally right in front of them freezing up and not knowing if he should separate them???? Is Inui on our side now???? Is Koko a traitor???? I'm pretty sure someone (probably Hanma) wolf whistles too.
