I just saw the words "self-imposed narrative doom" and that is like, a great description of Loop and their fate actually.
#Form failing to escape their own (unknowingly) self-imposed timeloop without losing themself and their family#To their complete isolation from anyone that isn't Siffrin and hesitation towards interacting with those they love (the party)#All of those were due to their own choices and the consequences were dire#The narrative always gave them a way out.
