Photo breakdowns - using Processing to break a photograph down into a manageable number of pixels and analyzing color data.

Audio breakdowns - audio waveforms translated into number sets.  Think about what different variables you can extract, like volume vs. fullness of sound or sound texture.

Video breakdowns - analysis of each frame of video.  Consider variables such as the color composition or brightness.
