🎄 Natale a Firenze [1736]

Le origini dell’attuale Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze risalgono al lontano 26 maggio 1714, quando l’erudito e bibliomane, nonché bibliotecario di casa Medici, Antonio Magliabechi, ormai sul letto di morte, dichiara al notaio Giovanni Evangelista Miccinesi la volontà di lasciare i suoi beni, che consistevano soprattutto in una eccezionale raccolta libraria di circa 30.000 volumi, ai poveri della città di Firenze, allo scopo di formare “una publica Libreria a benefizio universale della città”. […] Un simile istituto, aperto liberamente a tutti e di carattere generale per poter servire ad una vasta area di lettori, mancava ancora a Firenze; sotto quest’aspetto la situazione complessiva del Granducato all’inizio del XVIII secolo risultava in notevole ritardo rispetto ad altre realtà italiane. Il bibliotecario fiorentino aveva impiegato tutto il tempo e il denaro di una vita condotta miseramente per soddisfare la sua unica necessità: accumulare libri e vivere in mezzo ad essi in modo da distinguersi all’interno della società degli eruditi per la sua sterminata conoscenza bibliografica. Senza eredi a cui lasciare l’amata raccolta, dopo molte pressioni perché ne disponesse a vantaggio della città, si decide infine a questo passo, ma malgrado le sue dettagliate disposizioni testamentarie occorreranno molti anni per l’apertura della biblioteca. Le difficoltà – di carattere economico e normativo per la trasformazione di una raccolta privata in una biblioteca pubblica – videro una svolta con i provvedimenti del granduca Gian Gastone: il giorno di Natale del 1736 l’ultimo dei Medici emana tre leggi riguardanti la Magliabechiana che risultano fondamentali per le sorti della Biblioteca e per la natura pubblica dell’istituto; per questo a buon diritto esse vanno ricordate, assieme al testamento Magliabechi, come i documenti istitutivi della biblioteca fiorentina. Nel primo motuproprio si dispone che il Magistrato Supremo, organo istituzionale fra i più importanti, prenda possesso a nome del Pubblico di Firenze della libreria di Antonio Magliabechi e del legato dei libri di Anton Francesco Marmi, il quale aveva disposto nel suo testamento il lascito dei propri libri alla Magliabechiana a condizione che la biblioteca non fosse retta da religiosi, ponendo così le basi della natura laica dell’istituto. Viene inoltre incaricato il medico e bibliografo Antonio Cocchi di stendere l’inventario di tutti i libri della biblioteca, sui quali si dovrà apporre il sigillo del Pubblico di Firenze; per aumentarne il posseduto le tipografie della città dovranno consegnarle una copia di ciò che stampano. Col secondo motuproprio si nomina soprintendente il marchese Carlo Rinuccini, uno degli uomini più potenti della corte medicea, e col terzo Lorenzo Comparini come bibliotecario.

Le naufrage du Pape et du Vatican

L'urgence est internationale à présent, je pense aux chrétiens du monde manipulés par le Vatican, la pompe à fric. L'une des banques les plus riches du monde ou se pratique au quotidien le blanchiment d'argent. Le Vatican c'est un état dans l'état, comme Monaco et bien d'autres. Tous ces états sont des repères de voyous à la solde du système d'esclavage mondial de la population. Mais vous l'avez bien compris, ce monde touche à sa fin. Rien ne pourra plus arrêter la manifestation de la vérité. Elle se comporte comme un tsunami, plus rien ne semble pouvoir la stopper, et c'est tant mieux. Les enquêteurs italiens, si ce n'est déjà fait, vont découvrir tellement d'horreur associé à cet état que cela va être difficile pour eux de continuer. Courage mes amis, le monde doit connaître toute la vérité sur la Vatican.

Pourquoi le Vatican a nommé son télescope Lucifer ? Pourquoi des salles de tortures et pourquoi tous ces sacrifices d'enfants innocents ? Pourquoi le motu proprio (du latin, « de son propre mouvement ») qui libère toutes les âmes ? Je pourrais écrire un livre de questionnement sur le Vatican mais ce n'est pas mon rôle. Pourquoi tromper la confiance des chrétiens ? Pourquoi vouloir diriger toutes les religions vers le nouvel ordre mondial ? Un seul gouvernement, une seule religion !

Nous avons le loup qui symbolise l'argent et les banques et enfin nous avons les 2 bergers que sont les gouvernements et les religions. The Release of Poverty Consciousness

26 July 2017 The strategic hijacking of humanity’s resources through an economic model known as Babylonian Debt Slavery is not a new ideology. It has been around as long as our fake recorded history.

It has also been the source of substantial suffering for the manipulated masses who believed for millennia they had no power over their systematic enslavement. Thus, being burdened and powerless, the masses have been purposefully overwhelmed beyond distraction by the debt load foisted upon them, yet unquestioning with regard to the authoritarian rules coming down to them from above, or the underlying reasons for any of it.

Debt enslavement prevailed on a grand scale because few had the skills or courage to perceive the truth, let alone the mass support necessary to break the spell. It is well known that those who have spoken out against an establishment designed to purloin have often paid a heavy price, death included. Punishment for transgressions of this nature has been publicly administered to instill within the heart of humanity a deep and unconditional fear of the system. Some have chosen to embrace the illusion so thoroughly that they believe the establishment is there to protect them when, in fact, it is there to protect only itself.

Corporate debt slavery has been a great success in every way that counts within the establishment running this 3D Matrix. It has worked like a charm and we submitted obediently … until now. 

When it comes to the world of finance, every being has its own perceptions and preferences. What is believed to be the right way for one, may be the wrong way for another. What is believed to be balanced, sensible, prudent, legal, fair, etc. is just that: a personal belief, predicated upon some form of conditioning. We all have our belief systems, yet many of us do not even know where our deepest core beliefs (or schools of thought) came from or why we believe what we do.

Within our dying Matrix, the slave drivers have reigned supreme and ruled us all, the rich and the poor. Whatever our school of thought may be on the illusionary matter of money, the system of debt slavery has strived to indenture every being born without the possibility of redemption, despite the dangled carrots, false promises and glitz.

As waves of humanity awaken to the truth of their enslavement during this ascension activation period, many have begun questioning and reconsidering their old school beliefs. A promising first step to be sure, for by challenging our core beliefs, we allow ourselves the opportunity to naturally evolve toward an open-minded or more flexible way of perception where subservience and judgment of ourselves and others has little to cling to.

To neutralize the influences of our establishment indoctrination is to give ourselves permission to ask the probing questions of a truth seeker. And to question an establishment authority that opposes our personal sovereignty can be nothing less than an act of empowerment with the opportunity to change perspective.

In the act of collectively integrating our ever-changing perceptions and newly learned truths with authenticity, we are now altering the frequency of mass consciousness in a most powerful way. This vibrational expansion is creating massive dead spots within the 3D Matrix. Humanity is no longer charmed and the spell is lifting.

New papal document states mandatory reporting and investigating procedures for abuse

Pope Francis has written a new motu proprio, "Vos estis lux mundi", or “You are the light of the world” in English. It presents new procedures for reporting abuse cases, that must be applied to the entire Catholic Church. Its goal is to keep religious men and women accountable for their actions.

DIOCESAN OFFICES

It gives every diocese in the world until June 2020 to establish a mandatory office with "one or more public, stable and easily accessible systems for submission of reports." It will address abuse committed, child abuse cover up and the use of child pornography.

The goal is for each victim to be listened to, protected and taken seriously.

PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN, RELIGIOUS AND VULNERABLE

Pope Francis defines what the sins against the sixth commandment are and also the definition of minor, vulnerable person and child pornography.

He includes crimes against religious sisters and also those committed against seminarians or novices by other clerics.

Minors (anyone under age 18) must be protected, along with vulnerable persons. The definition of vulnerable person coincides with that established in the law for Vatican City State on March 29, 2019.

COVER UP

Cover-up has also been defined. They are "actions or omissions intended to interfere with or avoid civil investigations or canonical investigations, whether administrative or penal, against a cleric or a religious regarding the delicts." It is aimed at those with positions in the Church who have hidden abuses by others.

REPORTING OBLIGATION

A major change is that now all religious men and women are obliged to “report promptly” to ecclesiastical authorities any accusation of abuse they hear. While only religious are included in this mandate, laity are also asked to participate.

LAITY

It states that while conducting investigations "qualified persons" may be called upon “in particular, the cooperation that can be offered by the lay faithful." Yet, it states that those participating must be “free of conflicts of interest” and are required to take an oath to carry out the investigation properly.

Despite this, the ultimate responsibility for investigations lies with the Metropolitan.

METROPOLITAN

The Metropolitan Archbishop has new responsibilities. When investigating bishops, he will receive a mandate from the Holy See to look into the case. Then, the Holy See has set fixed time frames, requiring a “status report on the state of the investigation” every thirty days. This will ensure everyone is responding to the case in a timely manner.

FUNDS FOR INVESTIGATIONS

A fund may be created to pay for the cost of the investigations, by Ecclesiastical provinces, Episcopal Conferences, Synods of Bishops or Councils of Hierarchs. The Metropolitan can gain access to this money through the administrator of the fund. The administrator must also receive a full account of how the money was spent at the end of the investigation.

PRESUMED INNOCENCE

The document restates the importance of assuming innocence until proven guilty. It establishes that the accused will only be informed of the investigation if the Dicastery has asked, but he or she must be made aware of any formal processes that are opened. Yet, this step can be skipped if the integrity of the case is at risk.

STATE LAWS

The document also reinforces the importance of adhering to other reporting obligations in each respective country. It states the norms "apply without prejudice to the rights and obligations established in each place by state laws, particularly those concerning any reporting obligations to the competent civil authorities."

CONSEQUENCES

The penalties for committing a crime of sexual abuse do not change, rather mandatory procedures for reporting and investigating are established.

The Metropolitan must send the results to the competent Vatican Dicastery, will continue the process in accordance with canonical norms and the law. The Holy See at that point, can set preventative and restrictive measures against the accused.
