Quizzes, worksheets, games, and assignments make the learning process fun and effective.
6. Parent Monitoring & Reports
The best schools involve parents through progress reports, PTMs, and real-time dashboards to track how well their child is performing.
Benefits of Enrolling in a Video-Based School
Whether your child is in Kindergarten or preparing for board exams, video study offers multiple benefits:
Learn at your own pace
Stay safe and study from home
Get personal attention in small batch sizes
Watch lessons multiple times for full clarity

Most importantly, students build confidence, discipline, and curiosity, which are essential traits for lifelong success.

NDA 1 2025 Full Paper Analysis | Complete Review!
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the NDA 1 2025 written examination at various centers across the nation.
Thousands of aspirants appeared for this prestigious defence exam hoping to join the National Defence Academy.
At Major Kalshi Classes, we have deeply analyzed the Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT) papers so students can have an idea about the exam pattern and difficulty level and expected cut-off marks.

Mathematics Paper Analysis
The Mathematics section had 120 questions in all carrying a total of 300 marks.
The paper this time was moderately difficult, having a mixture of direct and conceptual questions. Here is the analysis:
Algebra and Quadratic Equations, around 15-18 questions, were said to test the students' knowledge of identities and formulae.
Trigonometry this time proved to have more tricky questions regarding identities and height-distance.
Calculus questions were somewhat balanced with questions related to differentiation and integration.
Coordinate Geometry and 3D Geometry; these were of moderate weightage on direct application-based questions.
Probability and Statistics took a backseat and were easier by all means, involving mere mediocre knowledge.
Time management was the prime crucial aspect for this section. Those who regularly did practice mock tests, especially MKC’s test series, found themselves better off with lengthy calculations.
GAT Paper Analysis
The GAT paper contained 150 questions, summing up to 600 marks, in two sections: English and General Knowledge.
English Section (50 Questions):
This was of moderate easy level. The questions were from topics on Spotting Errors, Synonyms/Antonyms, Reading Comprehension, and Sentence Improvement.
A candidate with sound grammar and regular reading habits would have found this section easy to score in.
General Knowledge Section (100 Questions):
This section was a well-mixed one covering subjects ranging from History, Geography, and Polity to Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Current Affairs. Notable observations include:
Physics and Chemistry were mostly conceptual and NCERT-based.
History and Polity were mostly fact-based.
Current Affairs were drawn primarily from the last 6-8 months and related mainly to happenings in national and international defence.
Overall, the GAT section was rated at a moderate level in terms of difficulty.
Those students who followed MKC’s regular current affairs sessions and weekly quizzes were relatively more comfortable and confident tackling the GK-based questions.
Expected Cut-Off and Student Response
Expected overall paper difficulty-wise, the expected cut-off marks for NDA 1 2025 are more or less going to be in the range between 340-355 marks.
However, there will be a difference with respect to the normalization done by UPSC and performance from center to center.
Feedback by students who have undergone training with Major Kalshi Classes has been overwhelmingly positive, with several students declaring how truly akin that exam was to the mock tests and practice papers they received in-class and online.

How to Study for JEE: A Complete Guide for Aspiring Engineers
Preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) can feel like a massive challenge. But with the right strategy and mindset, it’s absolutely possible to conquer this exam and get into your dream engineering college. Whether you're preparing for JEE Main or JEE Advanced, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you study effectively.
1. Understand the Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Before diving into preparation, it's important to know what you're preparing for. The JEE syllabus is based on the NCERT curriculum for Classes 11 and 12, covering Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. You should:
Download the latest syllabus from the official JEE website.
Break down the topics subject-wise and categorize them into easy, moderate, and difficult based on your understanding.
Familiarize yourself with the exam pattern: JEE Main has multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical-based questions, while JEE Advanced has a mix of MCQs, numerical, and match-the-columns types.
2. Create a Realistic Study Plan
A well-structured plan is crucial for JEE preparation. Here's how to make one:
Time management: Set a timetable allocating specific time for each subject daily. Focus on balancing all three subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Math.
Set daily and weekly goals: Break the syllabus into smaller portions and set achievable goals. Prioritize understanding the concepts over just memorizing formulas.
Revision time: Dedicate at least an hour every day to revising what you've learned.
3. Focus on Concepts
JEE isn’t just about mugging up formulas; it tests your conceptual clarity and problem-solving abilities. Here’s what you can do:
Start with NCERT textbooks: For JEE Main, NCERT textbooks for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are your foundation. They explain concepts in a clear and easy way.
Reference books: For more in-depth understanding and practice, use additional books like:
Physics: "Concepts of Physics" by H.C. Verma
Chemistry: "Organic Chemistry" by O.P. Tandon
Mathematics: "IIT Mathematics" by M.L. Khanna
Avoid skipping topics: Even if some topics seem hard, try to cover them since every mark counts in JEE.
4. Practice, Practice, Practice
The key to success in JEE is regular practice.
Solve previous years’ question papers: This helps you understand the type of questions asked and gives insight into the exam pattern.
Mock tests: Take timed mock tests regularly to simulate the exam environment and improve speed and accuracy. It also helps in identifying your weak areas.
Solve sample papers: The more problems you solve, the better your problem-solving speed and accuracy become.
5. Strengthen Your Problem-Solving Skills
JEE is all about smart problem-solving. Here’s how you can boost these skills:
Work on understanding the problem rather than jumping to a solution.
Use shortcut methods only when you have mastered the basics. Shortcut formulas can save time, but only if you have a solid understanding of the concepts.
Don’t spend too much time on one question during practice. If you’re stuck, move on to the next and revisit it later.
6. Time Management During the Exam
While solving questions during JEE, time management is critical.
Attempt easier questions first: This boosts your confidence and ensures that you get marks in areas you are comfortable with.
Divide your time effectively: Allocate time to each section (Physics, Chemistry, Math) and avoid spending too much time on one subject.
Don’t panic if you get stuck: Stay calm and move on to the next question if a particular one is taking too long.
7. Stay Healthy and Take Breaks
Studying for long hours without rest can lead to burnout. Here’s how to maintain balance:
Take short breaks: After studying for 1-2 hours, take a 10-15 minute break to refresh your mind.
Get enough sleep: Sleep for 7-8 hours every night to keep your brain sharp.
Eat healthy food: Avoid junk food and maintain a balanced diet to stay energetic and focused.
8. Seek Help When Needed
If you’re struggling with certain topics, don’t hesitate to ask for help. You can:
Join coaching classes for expert guidance and additional study materials.
Watch online lectures on YouTube or educational platforms like Unacademy or Byju’s.
Form a study group with friends to discuss difficult problems and explain concepts to each other.
9. Stay Positive and Motivated
JEE preparation can be stressful, but staying motivated is key to success.
Celebrate small achievements: When you complete a topic or solve a tricky problem, reward yourself.
Stay consistent: Even if progress seems slow at times, trust the process. Consistency is more important than cramming at the last moment.
Stay away from distractions like social media, games, or TV during your study hours.
Looking for the best JEE Main coaching in Siliguri? Career & Courses offers expert guidance, personalized study plans, and comprehensive resources to help you excel in JEE Main. With experienced faculty, regular mock tests, and a focused approach, we ensure your path to success in the competitive JEE examination.
Final Thoughts
Preparing for JEE is a marathon, not a sprint. With determination, hard work, and smart preparation strategies, you can crack the exam. Focus on understanding concepts, practicing regularly, and maintaining a healthy balance between studies and relaxation. Stay positive, and remember—every small step you take brings you closer to your dream of becoming an engineer.

1. Know Your Syllabus
Before you dig yourself into endless books, figure out what’s ahead of you and go through your syllabus. Analyze how much weight each topic carries and the weightage of marks according to the question. This first step will help you make a strategic plan on how to initiate first and then, you can attack the tough stuff first making enough time for understanding.
2. Make a Strict Study Plan

That is a 2024 board exam preparation guide for class 12th guide in a way that will help you ace through the subjects and score well. Identify the areas where you find yourself challenging, focus on them first, followed by the easiest ones in the end. Read below on how you can make a good study plan:
Be fair to yourself – Every student thinks they can grasp everything at once but it’s better not to cram all the information in one day. Set achievable daily or weekly goals.
Hit the hard stuff first – Start with the subjects you find tricky or ones with more marks.
Take breaks in between – Don’t get burned out at once. You can schedule short breaks to keep your brain fresh and active when it comes to retaining new information.
3. Gather your best buddies
Below are the best study resources for 2024 class 12th board exams:
NCERT Books – First and foremost, these are your best friends. Without using any additional help books, understand everything about what is there in them well.
Class Notes – Revisit your teacher’s explanations for an extra boost. For this, make notes of everything taught in the class.
·Old question papers – Practice, practice, practice! All what teachers could say is get used to the exam format and question styles.
Extra helpful books (additional guides) - If you are finding any certain topic tricky or difficult to read and understand on your own you can go through a good guide and find easy solutions to it to understand something better.
4. Master the techniques
You know that just memorizing the stuff doesn’t mean you get it, and it won’t always work. Here are some class 12th board exam study tips 2024 to sharpen your skills:
Understand the concept first – instead of juggling things up and trying to memorize, understand the concept and information what you’re learning, not just repeat it.
Practice solving question papers – do lots of practice and solve problems to get good at applying what you know.
Learn from your mistakes – figure out why you got something wrong, so you don’t repeat it again.
5. Become the Master by doing effective revision
We all know that revision is a key to memorizing everything. Here’s how to revise like a pro:
Make short notes – summarize the important points and formulas for a quick review.
Flashcard fun – Test yourself on key concepts using the flashcards.
Practice under pressure – do timed practice papers to get used to the exam conditions. This will help you save time for later things you lack in.
6. Maintain a Healthy Routine
Exams seem like a long game. Below are some tips to stay motivated throughout:
Eat healthy food – your brain needs good fuel to work its best.
Get enough sleep – A tired brain can’t learn well. Take alteast 7-8 hours of sleep to get that fresh and comforting memory.
Exercise as much as you can – physical activity helps you focus and reduces stress.
Take mini breaks – in the heat of exams, most students forget to take breaks and go on a long study schedule which seems kind of hectic, but what they can do is take mini breaks in between and have fun.
Find your study zone – some students love quiet, while others prefer to study with friends. Experiment and find what works best for you. CUET Passing Marks: Score You Need to Clear the Test
CUET is a common test to book your seat in one of the finest colleges in the country. Get familiar with the exam pattern and learn more about the minimum passing marks of CUET in this blog
Students have to take an entrance exam before getting admitted to a reputed university. Different institutes conduct different entrance exams. Remembering exam patterns, curriculum, and passing marks for each entrance exam can be challenging and time-consuming.
What If there was one exam that would act as your application and blueprint to all your desired institutes? CUET acts as your pathway to apply to all the universities of your liking. In this blog, we’ll explore the passing marks and exam patterns of CUET to get admission to your dream university.
What is the CUET Exam?
The NTA (National Testing Agency) conducts the CUET exam, which the Ministry of Education introduced to fulfil the “one India, one exam” goal. CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is an all-India common test to grab your seat in some of the most renowned universities. Students located around different parts of the country, including rural areas, will have the opportunity to get admission to all UG programs of over 53 central universities in India.
Exam pattern and Sections for CUET
The Common University Entrance Test has multiple-choice objective questions conducted via an online test. There are two slots available for the test.
Slot 1: 3 Hours and 15 Minutes
Slot 2: 3 Hours and 45 Minutes
Four sections of the CUET exam: IA, IB, II, III
IA Section: It is a language test where students can choose one language from 13 different languages, including Gujarati, English, Tamil, Hindi, Assamese, and many more.
IB Section: It is an optional test for 19 different languages, which are completely different from the languages in Section IA. The various languages are Italian, Konkani, Sindhi, Japanese, etc.
II Section: Students have to choose from 27 domain-centric subjects according to the course they want to apply for. Many UG courses have particular subject requirements, so students must choose their subjects in compliance with the specific requirements. The subjects include Maths, Physics, Accountancy, Psychology, Biology, and much more.
III Section: It is a general amplitude-based test based on current affairs, general knowledge, logical reasoning, etc.
Passing marks to Crack the CUET
The minimum passing score for CUET is divided into four sections, as different universities require domain-specific subject knowledge depending upon the UG courses. Every student must pass each section individually to reserve their seat in the respective universities. The marking scheme for CUET is as follows:
For Correct Answers: +5 Marks
For Incorrect Answers: -1 Marks
Section I: Language Test
Students must choose three languages from section I (a combination of IA and IB), where the third language should be domain-specific to the course. The domain-specific language for sections IA and IB should not be the same chosen language.
Total Marks of Section I: 400 Marks
Total Marks of Individual Section IA: 200 Marks
Total Marks of Individual Section IB: 200 Marks
Students need to answer at least 40 out of 50 questions in their chosen language within the allotted time of 45 Mins. Students need to score a minimum of 80-90 marks separately for Section IA and IB. So, the minimum score for passing CUET Section I is 160-180 marks.
Section II: Specific Subject Test
In this section, students can choose up to 6 subjects from the 27 domain-specific subjects available. They should attempt a minimum of 40-50 questions on the chosen domain. Each domain-specific subject has a time constraint of 45 minutes. The question of domains is asked from the class 12 syllabus and NCERT solutions.
Maximum and Total Marks of Section II: 300 Marks
Minimum Passing Marks of Section II: 120-135 Marks
Section III: General Test
Some universities test student's critical thinking abilities, knowledge of current affairs, and reasoning in this section. They must answer 60 out of 75 questions in the time slot of 60 minutes.
Passing Score of Section III: 120-135 Marks
Conclusion
Many aspiring students are preparing for CUET to get admission to their desired universities. However, the competition is high, with thousands of students attempting to clear the exam. You can score passing marks and even score higher with correct strategies, time management, and discipline. TopperLearning provides you with extensive NCERT solutions to help you prepare for CUET.

How to Prepare for Boards and NEET Exams Concurrently

Preparing for both the NEET exam and the class 12 board exams can be a challenging task. Both exams require a different approach, and striking the right balance is crucial for success. Fortunately, at Pradeep Agarwal Academy, renowned as one of the best coaching institute for NEET, we offer expert guidance to help students excel in both exams simultaneously. In this blog, we will explore 12 powerful tips, including insights on finding the best physics teacher for NEET and building a strong NEET/IIT foundation. These tips will assist students in managing their time effectively and performing exceptionally well in both the NEET and board exams.
1. Focus on Similar Topics
Identifying common topics between the NEET and board exams is the first step. We help the students identify these subjects early on, allowing them to allocate their study time more efficiently. By focusing on overlapping topics, students can streamline their preparation and reduce the risk of redundancy.
2. Prioritize NEET Syllabus
While it's essential to perform well in board exams, the competitive nature of the NEET exam demands a robust foundation in its syllabus. Coaching centres prioritize this syllabus to ensure students are well-prepared for the medical entrance exam. This approach not only helps in NEET but also strengthens the base for board exams, as NEET encompasses a more extensive and in-depth understanding of the subjects.
3. Refer to NCERT Textbooks
NCERT textbooks are highly recommended for NEET preparation. These books provide clarity and a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts in physics, chemistry, and biology. For class 12 students, relying on NCERT textbooks is advantageous as they cover the entire curriculum in an easily understandable language.
4. Doubt Resolution
In the journey of NEET preparation, doubts often arise, particularly in subjects like physics and chemistry. Our coaching centers feature expert doubt resolution sessions, ensuring that students can confidently master complex problems. Meet the best physics teacher for NEET success."
5. Take Notes
Taking meticulous notes during coaching classes is an excellent habit. These notes not only aid in understanding the topics thoroughly but also serve as valuable resources during revisions. Highlighting key points and marking them as important from both the board and NEET perspectives can help students focus on the most crucial aspects of each subject.
6. Use Question Banks and Expert Solutions
Regular practice through question banks and expert solutions is essential. Solving previous years' NEET and board exam papers improves problem-solving skills and provides insight into the exam pattern. Expert solutions offer shortcuts and strategies for efficient question-solving, saving valuable time during the exams.
7. Determine Strengths and Weaknesses
Participating in weekly test series and mock tests is a cornerstone of NEET and board exam preparation. These tests not only assess your knowledge but also help identify areas where you excel and areas that need improvement. Coaching centers provide detailed performance analysis, enabling students to focus on their weaknesses.
8. Review Class 11 Topics
Class 11 forms the basis for many advanced concepts in the NEET syllabus. Regularly revisiting these topics is essential to strengthening your foundation. Creating comprehensive notes containing essential formulas and principles from class 11 can aid in quick recall during the NEET and board exams.
9. Use Recorded Lectures for Revision
Recorded video lectures offered by Pradeep Agrawal allow students to revisit previously learned topics during self-study. These lectures, conducted by subject experts, provide a thorough understanding of the concepts. Combined with practice using previous years' question papers and revision notes, this approach maximizes efficiency during the revision phase.
10. Create an Effective Study Schedule
An effectively organized study schedule forms the foundation of prosperous exam readiness. Allocating specific time slots for self-study, especially for challenging chapters, enables students to systematically cover the syllabus. Consistency in following the schedule is key to mastering both NEET and board exam subjects.
11. Set Realistic Study Goals
Setting achievable daily goals is vital. Unrealistic deadlines can lead to stress and demotivation if not met. Students should consider referring to recommended textbooks and avoid overloading themselves with too many study materials, which can lead to confusion.
12. Keep Study Plan Flexible
Flexibility in your study plan allows you to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. If you face difficulties or fall behind in a particular area, a flexible study plan lets you reschedule and prioritize accordingly. This adaptability ensures that your preparation remains on track, even during challenging times.
Incorporating these valuable tips from the best NEET coaching institutes and IIT foundation into your study routine can significantly enhance your ability to excel in both the NEET and Class 12 board exams. Remember that success is the result of consistent effort, effective time management, and utilizing expert guidance. JEE Advanced 2023 Preparation
JEE Advanced has been ranked among the toughest and most competitive examinations.
There is roughly 1–1.5 months between JEE Main & JEE Advanced. You should ideally be preparing for JEE (Advanced), if you are confident about clearing JEE Main.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced is one of the most competitive exams in India and preparing for it can be a challenging task.
If one is aiming for a spot in the highly sought after IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, it is important to consider how to get ready for the exam.
JEE Advanced is the most important entrance exam for engineering aspirants in India, and cracking it is the gateway to some of the most prestigious engineering institutes in the country.
As one of the toughest engineering entrance exams in India, JEE Advanced demands dedicated preparation and a focused approach.
It tests students on their knowledge and understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as their analytical and problem-solving abilities.
1. INTERACT WITH YOUR TEACHERS REGULARLY, SHARE YOUR PROBLEMS AND FIND EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS
Regular interactions with your mentors help keep things in perspective. You can self-assess your shortcomings, but a deeper insight into the pitfalls comes with close mentorship. Don’t forgo this advantage and keep the communication channels open and vibrant.
2. CREATE A PROPER TIMETABLE AND FOLLOW IT THOROUGHLY
The importance of discipline in cracking JEE Advanced cannot be overstated. Design a customized timetable for yourself and stick to it. Make sure that, while being rigorous, it is also feasible. You can try to push your limits eventually. One simple way of doing it is by designing a timetable that exceeds your maximum limit of investing effort by a small margin, say 5–10%.
3. MAKE SURE THAT YOU FOCUS ON ALL THREE SUBJECTS
Certainly, one tends to have certain favorite subjects. They are usually the ones in which one is relatively stronger. By the same token, one tends to avoid the subjects in which one is weaker. This is a usual tendency, but it is counterproductive. For JEE Advanced, try to focus on all three subjects and develop a level of comfort in all of them. The weaker ones need to be attended to even more keenly.
There are cases in which the scores in the stronger subject have compensated for the weaker ones, yet the chances of success are highest when your preparation for all three is on an even keel.
Focus more on the topics that you feel weak or not completely confident about, but do not forget to revise the topics you are very confident about.
4. CONSULT YOUR MENTORS TO KNOW THE BEST BOOKS TO BE FOLLOWED
There is a plethora of content out there for preparation. The key is to choose the one which is right for you. Your mentors can help you choose the material that you are most likely to benefit from. Do not equate chances of success with the number of books you consult. It’s always the depth of comprehension that matters.
5. REVISE YOUR CLASS NOTES AND THE IMPORTANT POINTS YOUR TEACHER GAVE YOU
Revision is the key, and a great revision inventory has your own notes on the top. Take meticulous personalized notes and go through them regularly. You can add additional information or updates on the margins or create an appendix.
6. CREATE YOUR OWN MIND MAPS AND SHORT NOTES
This tip is an extension of the previous point about making notes. Creation of mind maps simply means creating a pathway for memory and retrieval by configuring the content in your notes and in your mind in a personalized manner. You can add heuristics and mnemonics to your toolbox and try making short notes while revising.
7. BE THOROUGH WITH THE NCERT SYLLABUS
The importance of the NCERT syllabus in your preparation can hardly be overemphasized. Being thorough with the NCERT content gives you a firm ground and helps you become masterful in applying concepts and going deeper into analysis and derivations. 8. PRACTICE A NUMBER OF MOCK TESTS GENUINELY
Besides helping you gauge your level of preparation for a certain topic, the mock tests give you an insight into your capacity to manage time and perform under pressure. That makes them invaluable for your preparation. Solve as many questions as possible. This would increase your efficiency and confidence. Mock tests are a great way to track your performance and preparation and they help us with knowing the areas where course correction is required. They also help you master the two vital facets — time and accuracy.
