If there was one place Thad was unfamiliar with it was Bludhaven, which was why the speedster had been speedily stalking through the streets, taking notes on the layout of the city. He didn't have many connections in the city villainous or otherwise. Sure, he knew Deathstroke had some sort of rivalry with the city's very own hero, but he wasn't a contact the speedster was planning on getting in touch with any time soon.

This was just a reconnaissance mission of sorts, or at least it was supposed to be as he turned around and let out a surprised yelp as he spots someone in the dark.

"Grife." He utters out, "Don't you birds know how to make any noise? Or do you guys just enjoy sneak up on people?" He says indignantly, almost as if he wasn't the villain between the two of them planning to stir up trouble in the city.
