WOW WHAT A VOTE. Raffy immediately having to use a Super Idol is probably ridiculously on brand, but in all honesty, seeing BENJ of all people go, is a shock to my system. I've voted out former finalists, but I thought that Benj was gonna go DEEP in this game. But now I need to focus I have to get Top 3 in this challenge to get these damn tickets. But my final thought on this super idol is that at least a *good* person got the Super Idol

so the vote happened and we were successful in voting raffy in majority. we being me Chris and benj BUT then it turned out raffy had something stupid called a superidol HJAHSJJHAS (sorry this is gonna be bitter time get ready) and was able to just basically cancel his elimination after seeing the votes???????? because who cares about strategy and having to make plans and being smart and capable of reading the tribe in successfully using an idol? no no no lets let someone just not talk to anyone and then save themselves and vote out someone who WORKS SO HARD AND IS SO ACTIVE AND PASSIONATE LIKE YEAH OKAY SAJHJSAHHJASASHJAHJSHAJS THAT MAKES SENSE

I'm sorry I'm so sad. benj was voted out because of this and I feel really empty and hurt about it. he was my best friend on this tribe we talked constantly every day and we were close in timezones and I trusted him and loved him and now we've been robbed of playing with each other in merge. we had so many plans for us too we wanted to pretend to not be that close and purposefully vote opposite and stuff. it's all ruined.

I think raffy deserves praise in FINDING the idol. but the idol itself is a get out of jail free card and requires no strategy when used like that so asjhasjhashjashj and only used in his 2nd tribal. so I'm glad it didn't last any longer and also that he didn't use it in the way survivor players usually do. by making everyone fear them sahjsajh COS THAT WOULD HAVE WORKED ON ME LIKE A CHARM. but instead we were able to flush it and even tho I've lost benj and I'm sad about it, I am very thankful that we got it flushed now and before merge. it's way more dangerous in merge. and like there was no way we could beat that. unless we split vote I guess but that wasn't possible. and also I just did not remember this was a thing BECAUSE NO ONE IN SURVIVOR HISTORY HAS USED A SUPERIDOL THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED BECAUSE USING IT WOULD CAUSE MORE TROUBLES FOR THE HOLDER SO THEY ARE VERY STRATEGIC ABOUT IT JSAHHJASAHS so I'm actually excited to see how this carries raffy. would like to clarify I'm not anti raffy he's so nice and fun and this was such an exciting tribal thanks to him and I would have loveeeeed it as a viewer I'm just bitter because benj is gone and super idols suck. HASJHASJHASJH raffy if you read this do know I think you're great and congratulations I just think it was an easy way out WHICH IT WAS.

I guess it just made me feel powerless because there's nothing we could have done here to beat a superidol. and even if we did do Blake instead, it wouldn't change anything.

speaking of Blake he is really upset :(( I think making merge will cheer him up tho which is great because I think it's happening after this reward challenge for tickets

also my tarot was right because it gave raffy the tower and benj the hanged man and it all happened today AHHHH it's so sad how I predict things but don't know what it's predicting until it happens. makes me wanna reevaluate everything and see what it all could mean. could be handy.

I trust Chris the most here and I do trust Ricky I just hope they trust me. I do think we're gonna merge soon tho I really do. it makes sense.

A true strategist's dream is a chessboard, and if we being honest, this is just Social Chess, never view anyone as a chess piece, but they're needed for movement. I'm going to be Jinx's favorite chess piece, because they need me too.

I can no longer trust Chris in this game. He chose his side, and he chose against me. If someone can fuck you over once then they can choose to do it again. I am not able to hold it against Mikki because I did not even try to reach out to her for the whole round. So, fair enough. However, Chris just decided that I needed to go because people thought I had an idol. I guess this is the outcome. He never even promised to rebuild the bridge of trust. He just gave me "I just don't want us to lose." He's 100% targeting me again if we go to tribal. I hope I'm sent to the Outhouse as my ass is grass if I remain in this place. Maybe if I have Blake it'll be fine. Right?

This twist is legit the worst thing to happen to me. I have no clue who I am going into tribal with. I don't have prior connections that other may have before the game. And my super idol play was super flashy. So, obviously, they would want to come for me as a prime target. I feel so defeated and I haven't even met these people yet. AND I have to go to work tomorrow so I can't even socialize/communicate as much as I would want in order to keep myself safe. I might as well be one foot in the grave at this point.

Ahhhhh I just made the merge!  Also with my pals too? Omg I hope Ricky lives at the vote. I hear Joey has been messy messy but also wants Captain?? We'll see how that goes, especially with Lily C and O Railroad there. I'm just excited for the next step in the game! I also missed Jinx and Jude so much!

Well….well….well. This is not what I anticipated. Good one, Autumn. I had a fantastic call with Jinx earlier today which helped me get a better handle and the game and feel more connected. I believe Raffy and Blake are working together and this is a great opportunity to separate them. Instantly Joey and I agree to call and figure out a plan. We both agree it’s gonna be best to get Ricky on our side. We both talk to Ricky and I suggest to Ricky that we go for Blake and he is down. Such a relief. It’s stressful to be this close to merge and think that it could slip away. I hope Joey lily o and I are on the same page no matter what. I haven’t been able to talk to her yet but I hope she is good to go for Blake. Fingers crossed.

I'LL MAKE VIDEO CONFESSIONALS WHEN ITS MERGE I SWEAR. But this is a really unique twist, I love it, but it also puts me and the Lily sandwich in a precarious position. Immediately, my thought was "go to Ricky and tell them I let them out of the War Room on Night 1", and boom, immediate bonding point, it turns out wonderfully, in talking to Ricky it was quite obvious they felt on the outs, with no power all season(they're either lying or its true, hey you never know), and for me its important to just keep them comfortable. We're voting out Blake for literally one reason: If we don't, Jinx is gonna kill us, cause yanno they're winning this game, its a foregone conclusion at this point.

Even at midnight on a Friday before merge, I still feel nervous, I always feel nervous, even if I'm in an incredible position, being a crucial swing in a pivotal vote to set the pace for the merge, it's absolutely crucial that I make sure Ricky is good with us 3, once again the 2 votes I've been in, I've been a key decision maker, making dreams come true, and making nightmares real too for others. Its a pretty delusional take that I'm seen as a valuable number, and that's what I need to be, the number to make moves possible, while also having the agency to play my cards right in the middle.

AND THEN it turned out you needed 11 tickets to make it to merge and be immune from the last premiere vote and I had 15!!!! because of winning that and because of benj giving me four tickets when he was voted out. I can't believe I was literally half a point away from the ticket requirement. If I had just been a tiny bit higher, I would've made immunity and had the tickets to be safe. It's kinda on me though, I forgot the "pop culture" part of the post and only verified that when it was literally the last day of the challenge (one where I had work no less, so it's a miracle I was even able to submit). But anyway, the vote isnt gonna be the end of the world. The post-swap Tua tribe is sticking together, and we seem to be getting Ricky on our side for an easy Blake vote. First thing that was suggested to me so I'm totally okay with doing that because it's just easy. I just hope that if the other side looks anywhere its not at me

Friend of mine wanted to know about Tumblr Survivor. So we’re talking and she asks me what the hardest situation you’ve been in is and I said “ You’ve clearly never been in a 6 person group with you running a 3-3 split and you need a flip to basically guarantee your merge/jury spot

I think I made bonds very quickly and will just narrowly avoid getting voted out. However, Blake seems to be getting the votes which I do not want to do. But I fear that if I push Ricky to Joey and the Lily's then they will just vote for me. Ugh. This sucks. If I vote with Blake, then the best we could do is tie. However, that puts me in a rough spot at merge because I would have 3 people mad at me. This is a really tough vote to be a part of. thank you so much to everyone who participated in mine and @aliciqvikander ’s survey! we ended up getting 221 responses. below is a breakdown of each question.

disclaimer: there were a couple of responses that we considered to be disrespectful or homophobic that we decided to delete from the survey pool. the idea of this survey was to gauge the feelings & opinions of wlw skam fans regarding lgbt representation in the show; it was made with wlw fans in mind, and there were some skam fans who decided to take the survey and give disrespectful/homophobic answers, which was not the point of the survey.

part 1: demographics

what is your sexuality?

the most common were lesbians (83 people)  and bisexuals (74 people), followed by 22 pan people and 17 questioning, only 4 straight people (whose answers we didn’t delete bc they weren’t disrespectful). there were also several people who identified as gay (4), queer (2), sapphic (2), asexual (5), or other sexualities (lesbian ace, demisexual pansexual, biromantic with a preference towards women, panromantic ace, biromantic asexual)

what is your gender?

the most common answers were female/woman/girl/cis girl, with many nb people (19), as well as several questioning people (5), and just 2 men.

what is your age?

the most common answer was 17-19 (90), with many 20-24 year olds (62) and 14-16 year olds (51), as well as 9 25-30 year olds and 7 people over 30, and just 2 under 14.

where are you from?

there were people from all over who took the survey, but the most common answers were the US, Sweden, France, UK, Brazil, Finland, and Norway.

when did you start watching Skam?

the most common answer by far was season 3 (155), followed by season 4 (32), then season 1 (23), then season 2 (10).

the most common answer was lesbian (110), followed by bisexual (61), then straight (29), then pan (18). i think it’s worth noting that we saw a pattern that bisexual was often put by bisexuals and pansexual was also put by a lot of pansexuals, so maybe people just see themselves in Noora.

What’s Eva’s sexuality?

This question was, as Vilde’s, very unified with 209 out of 220 answering bisexual then there were 6 people who answered pan, 4 people who answered straight, and 1 who answered lesbian.

What is Sana’s sexuality?

this one was pretty split! the most common answer was bi (104), followed by straight (81), then pan (28), then lesbian (2).

What is Chris’s sexuality?

this one was also pretty split! the most common answer is pan (117), followed by straight (65), then bi (22), then lesbian (11)

Opinion on queerbaiting & Vilde?

the overwhelmingly popular opinion is that queerbaiting did happen. 109 people said there was explicit queerbaiting, 81 people said they originally meant to make Vilde a lesbian then decided not to, only 3 people said there was no queerbaiting, and there were also an array of answers, most of which say queerbaiting did happen. (“I'm super torn bc I feel Vilde is a lesbian but she doesn't realize it yet. Like I believe she would figure it out in college (and I think her dating Magnus is important in her self discovery) and ugh I wish we could get an epilogue of some sort with her a canon lesbian. Unfortunately if that doesn't happen, I feel like it is queerbaiting.”) (“julie treats lesbians like were a fucking joke”) (“i will be on my deathbed telling everyone that vilde lien hellerud was a lesbian and showing them my powerpoint on all the signs throughout the seasons but honestly idk if they really meant for her to be gay or not. she is in my heart tho.”)

opinion on noorhelm?

the most popular answer by far was “wilhelm is an abuser who can rot in hell and Noora deserved better” (161). 27 people say they were a bad couple, 13 people say they were okay but not as bad as people say, ZERO people said they were cute, there were also an array of write-in answers, mostly negative. (“Some parts of their relationships were good, the rest - pure trash on wilhelm's part”)  (“classic romance novel damage, gaslighting & emotional manipulation”)  (“I swear to christ, WillHELL does not deserve Noora - only Eva does, duh - and their whole relationship didn't make any sense from a character point of view! opinion on nooreva?

this one was pretty evenly split! the most popular answer is that they were set up as a couple (85), followed by they would be a cute couple but they were platonic in canon (80), followed by they were in love in canon (54), and only 2 people said they were just friends.

what do you think of the skam fandom?

most people think it’s fine as far as fandoms go (126), then it was a tie between a great fandom and mostly demonic, each with 47.

for wlw: could you relate to vilde’s behavior?

i’ll be honest with you guys, we probably should have made this a write-in question rather than multiple choice because the results were not very conclusive. 75 lesbians could see themselves in her, 64 bisexuals could see themselves in her, 13 pansexuals could see themselves in her, and 30 people said no.

part 3: long-answer questions

why do you think julie didn’t want to include wlw in the show?

the consensus was that either she’s lesbophobic, the show is written with straight people in mind, or she wanted to but ended up not finding the time to write it in. every answer was wonderful and i wish we could include them all, but here are a couple ones that i like:

bc she's a classic lesbophobic piece of shit and believes wlw can't exist except for punchlines and ridicule

probably because she thought it wouldn't sell as well as an mlm couple. i mean you gotta please those straight girls

She Is Bad at Writing and forgets wtf she is doing and hates logically developing characters

"we did one storyline about exploring sexuality so that's all we need! anything else would be overkill :)))" and also trying to appeal/relate to straight teenage girls. also noora should have been a lesbian but julie used her as a self insert character. also just generally media doesn't take wlw seriously our perceive our relationships/feelings as legitimate

cause she's a typical straight girl who thinks wlw are icky/she's actually a closeted lesbian who hasn't realised yet

are you disappointed with the lgbt representation in skam? please elaborate.

the consensus is that isak, even, and eskild are all wonderful and they’re great for what they are, which is 2 white gays and 1 white pan boy. it would have been great to have some diversity, especially by adding a wlw, specifically vilde or eva. here are a few i like:

For a show that was originally made for teenage girls and to accurately represent them its unbelievable they didnt include a single wlw character. Evak was nice but in s4 turned into complete fanservice and they lost a lot of the development they made in s3. WHERE ARE THE LESBIANS JULIE

definitely like dude evak was cute and all, and powerful and moving, and I was infinitely glad that was represented onscreen. but on the other hand—that wasn't me? and for a show that claimed to be so progressive, it seemed to mock the concept of bi girls and lesbians at every single turn. fuck, when i think about how noora's response to vilde's er du lesbisk question I still get so pissed

lol yeah julie andem treats lesbian existence as a literal joke and yet she still gets all this praise for the great lgbt rep on her show because of isak and even (and s3 was good but in s4 they didn't even feel like they're own characters anymore just a couple with all these weird nods to evak fans)

Yes, in a show meant for teenage girls the only LGBT representation was with a gay boy and a pan boy, and that's because straight girls love to fetishize and obsess over gay boys for some reason. The fact that Julie only wrote about LGBT boys indicates to me that she is writing the show not for all teenage girls, but for the straight teenage girls that she used to be.

yessss. how can we have three mlm but no wlw??? its like whooo we have a canon pan guy, but if i remember correctly he never actually says the word? and eskild is obviously written as gay, but im pretty sure we see eva and vilde kiss more times than we see eskild kiss a guy, and still they're both supposed to be straight?? and like eva, noora and vilde all have so many characteristics of lesbians/bi girls, yet NONE of them turned out to be wlw in canon?? thats so fucking unrealistic!! in my whole friend circle of about 15 girls, there's maybe three who identify as 100% straight, and multiple who have come out as bi or pan, so how come skam has none?

what did you think of season 4?

the general consensus is that it was rushed and messy, that wilhelm ruined it, and that sana was sidelined in her own season. there were a few people who said they liked it, and some pros that were written were that iman was wonderful, the balloon squad was great, the los losers scene, and that they liked yousana. here are a few great ones:

horribly written, with subtle racism and islamophobia to boot. sana deserved so much better. also, bringing back william and p-chris was so unnecessary. they were making progress with noora realizing that william never loved her and was an abuser, and then it's like they backtracked on all of that just for...what purpose? completely unnecessary. noora, vilde, and eva don't need any men in their lives, and any tying of loose ends of their stories in season 4 should have been about that.

pandering to women who fetishize evak/queer male relationships!!! also some major other bullshit!!! (why is william back wtf, why is p chris still around, why tf are evak living together theyre children, vilde needed season 6 to #come #out though so im not too mad)

I think it suffered from weak writing more than anything else. The story totally stalled out at the hiatus and Julie seemed to be unable to get it going again and then found herself without enough time to tell the whole story. She is saved as usual by the strength of her characters-- I think she's great at character building but very over-rated as a storyteller.

HAHAHAHA where to start. It’s almost my least favorite season, nearly tied with S2, though my burning hatred of William edges out. But I will say that from a writing perspective, as much as I despise Noorhelm, their relationship kept S2 anchored and prevented the season from losing focus too often. I do think S2 was messier and more bloated than S1 and S3, but it still feels like a more cohesive narrative than S4, which was so sloppy that I can’t believe the same person wrote something as tight as S3. The criticisms seem almost endless and I’ll probably forget something but here are a few off the top of my head: -TERRIBLE SEASON FOR GIRL SQUAD. This is what really surprised me about S4. It was the last chance to enjoy them as a friendship unit and most of the season they were unbearable. I’m not saying they had to have a perfect friendship, I was expecting some conflict and I was fine with that but it was almost all unpleasant moments with no good moments to balance them out. Sana having to apologize for everything but the rest of the girls never apologizing for their ignorance or hurtfulness. Eva and Chris doing nothing but partying most of the time. Vilde being an annoying caricature. Noora … I’ll get to Noora. The los losers clip is a good moment in itself but doesn’t make sense in the larger context, there are several plot holes, and we never ever hear the girls talk about their issues afterwards. -Noora was overused at the expense of the other girls, including Sana, and I couldn’t even enjoy her and Sana’s relationship because I felt like it wasn’t there to explore their friendship, but to give an excuse for Noorhelm to rise again and to get Noora involved in the stupid Sana/Yousef/Noora triangle. I loved Noora but it felt like all the other girls were unfavorably compared to her, like of course Noora got to be Sana’s ally and Vilde/Chris/Eva were just off being drunk and terrible somewhere. It got ridiculous in episode 9 when we started getting texts about Noora’s living situation, of course it’s Noora who Sana’s mom thinks is beautiful with her red lipstick, of course it was Noora who gets to give Sana detailed advice in Maghrib and the other girls have less to contribute. There were a few moments with Chris, maybe. But we got better material from Vilde, Chris, and Eva in the last episode than we’d gotten all season. -Sana taking a backseat to Noorhelm drama at the climax of her own season, enough said. -Even’s plotline being dropped … after what was widely considered a respectful portrayal of mental illness in S3, Julie hugely messed up with Even in S4. Yeah, it was Sana’s season, but maybe don’t introduce a character’s suicide attempt if you’re not going to address it properly? The utter shittiness of having a mentally ill character who says he’s tired of people trying to tell him how he feels, and never letting him give his own side of the story, only hearing it from other people. -A fight that makes no sense, a love triangle that makes no sense, characters not talking to each other just to prolong the drama, characters acting OOC, characters acting like the worst versions of themselves.   -Bad pacing, subplots being juggled and dropped and picked up and abandoned at whim, so much filler and wasted time. I've seen people say Sana was out of focus because Julie had to wrap up loose ends but like, she didn't? She spent time on bullshit no one cared about and ignored actual dangling plot threads. Why are we spending so much time on racist Pepsi Max girls and what's up with Noora and Yousef or Noora and William when we could be addressing Vilde's mysterious home life, giving Chris depth other than funny fat girl, getting into this Even sad backstory that Julie chose to introduce in Sana's season, exploring why Elias got so drunk he could barely stand... the list goes on? Not to mention, you know, focusing on SANA. I’m going to stop now because I’ll be here all day, lol. The thing is, as messed-up as this season is, I’d still rather have this than nothing, sadly, because Iman is wonderful and I enjoyed seeing her show off her acting chops. I wish she could have had a better season but I’m happy such an awesome human being got to be so visible; even if the season was disappointing, Iman being in the public eye meant a lot to Muslim girls around the world. And I’ll always be thankful to Julie for Evak, because their relationship was one aspect of canon that was consistently well-handled. Their story resonated with me and meant a lot to me. I just wish everything else in the show was treated with as much care as the Evak romance, and that S4 was as carefully and thoughtfully written as S3.

CONCLUSION: wlw skam fans were disappointed in the lack of representation, as well as the last season of the show. evak was great, but it would have meant the world to many of us to make one of the female characters not straight, especially after all of the queerbaiting. the VAST majority of people think that vilde was a lesbian, which is very telling. also wlw love sana and hate wilhelm.

Ok, matt the saggitarius seems really cool. His entire introduction was memes which I approve of. He may be a social threat down the road as he seems very likable.

So anyway the twist of our two person tribes is that we must vote out an entire star sign. This is supposed to be taken sort of as a "first impressions" vote.

The way I see it it would make the most sense to vote for a star sign pairing with a winner since they have already made it to the end in the series and got the votes to win. I think that narrows it to two people (I could be wrong as I am on my phone looking at stuff and it is unreliable.

Owen and Kait have won and Kaits win is less relevant in my eyes since she has gotten sixteenth on her following games. So it makes sense to me to target Owen's sign.

On the other side of this, should we or others choose to target players they perceive as annoying or a liability in the game I think my sign has a high likelihood of being first gone. Nehemiah does not have the best reputation and some might see it better to vote him out before he stirs the pot.

Ok so this twist got me big mad. Like I’m happy I don’t have to try to message many people, but only one other person...and this twist wtf. Maynor is a king...but the last game I played with him I idoled him out so that’s a thing, hopefully we can work on that though because he is a friend. Ok, so I’m looking at the cast reveal now so I’ll talk about those who I haven’t yet. Renée: I think I’ve see Renée around before and like I feel she does well a lot...she might be the one who has won bb Pokémon but idk, if so, gotta keep an eye out. Chole: we stan a European queen like love her accent and she seems cool. Ian: idk who that is and...idk their intro is sports so who cares. Timmy: oh fuck that ugly bitch, they don’t know how to have a social game so they’re gonna flop majorly because they suck. Jacob: honestly idk how I feel about Jacob. I like him more as a person than i have previously like I respect him, but idk how this game will go. Madison: oh she scary and I love her with all my heart and yea but she scary. Idk who Corey and Devon are. Stephen: I LOVE STEPHEN. So I was in his first game ever, which was also Madison’s first game, so they’re family because that cast honestly is tight. At least we were, but I love them all and he is such a good person and I want to play this game with him but idk how it’s going to go. Either way he is one of my favorite people in the community because he is nice and real. Also side note, i was in Maynors first game too (different game than Stephen and Madison) and he won so he’s scary but I love him because I knew him from his start. Idk Taylor but we stan. There are 12 cast reveals so imma stop here because I’m so tired.

First of all, I have never done Tumblr Survivor until now and right of that bat, I'm confused as fuck. My partner, Kait, seems extremely nice and we were forced to be besties day 1. She seems to know more about this community than me so hopefully she can help. I noticed that Beastman (Matt B.) was in this game and Willow? I don't know if that is the Willow I played with previously. I think I also noticed Maynor and Chloe from the FB Survivor community and I am glad to be playing with them. I hope this first vote me and Kait can survive because going out day 2 would be a shame.

Pre challenge eliminations are dumb, that being said I honestly don't care if Taurus is eliminated because of it, literally nothing to be done to avoid it. Fucking do it. I know jack shit about Chloe, I don't care to at this point in time, if we aren't eliminated we'll be on opposite tribes, if we both last long enough to be on a tribe together, that's chill. Every game I've lost because I've played for other people, this go around I don't give a shit about nothing or anybody.

This sign partner twist is very nerve wracking. Because u cant talk with anyone but your sign partner, makes it hard to figure out what the others would vote for. I just hope my partner and I dont get voted out.

This twist was not the way I was expecting the game to start. Clearly the hosts are ready to send us right into it, but at this point I just really feel like me and Timmy are being lead to the slaughterhouse.

I was talking to Timmy about it, but neither of us know that many people in the game, which could be a good thing for us while we hope our names are kept out of their mouths. Of the few people I have interacted with on this cast, we have pretty mutually pleasant relationships so hopefully that will also keep us safe. I don't know, this is just really tough because there is not much we can do in terms of trying to save ourselves. I will most definitely be sweating all day long until these results are posted.

I am starting to like Timmy more and more. He seems like a nice guy, but sometimes can be a little bit hard to talk to just because he seems to be a man of very few words. No problem with that, just hard to read people that aren't super talkative and open. I have a feeling that we will be split from our teams to make tribes if we make it past this round, so hopefully the little seeds I have planted in Timmy and my's relationship will grow into a beautiful flower by the time we get to a swap or merge situation.

Other than that, there isn't much I can do but to cross my fingers and hope for the best. Hopefully this won't be the end of my journey in Kuwait, but at this point I have to expect the worst possible scenario...

It feels good to be back but I did assume there was gonna bemore newbies than veterans. Yet there isn’t so that’s interesting. The whole zodiac thing is cool in itself but it sucks that someone has to go home so fast best based off past impressions of others. I mean people do t like me. I have a reputation so this twist is not in my favor and Chips my Pisces partner does not necessarily help me jut there either. Chips is likeable but conniving. I mean we def could be the one to go. We ‘decided’ our votes are going on the Scorpios. Like we didn’t have a lot to go by. We brought it down to Libra and Scorpio then we random.org to decide their fate. I cant believe we did that but o well. I just want to survive this first vote.

This is a crazy twist but oh so much fun. I definitely do not feel safe, but that’s every round. I think we made a good choice.

Fun fact: my reasoning for wanting to eliminate Cancer is more than "fuck cancer" that's just the excuse I came up with to tell people as to why I "randomly" voted for Cancer when they inevitably aren't the ones eliminated.  It's purely my motivation to eliminate everyone I have have been in a game with before, starting with Madison.  If it happens, chill if it doesn't I'll have to find another way to go about getting her, Devon, and Trace eliminated in this game.

So... this is annoying. This whole star sign twist is kind of forcing my hand in who to try and connect with, and you know the others are bonding too. But still, even when voting out one star sign thats 22 people, i mean Australian Survivor starts with 24, but most tumblr seasons dont get near that. What else do they have up their sleeve to speed things up?

Willow is really chill and cool. I think we can work well together and stay libra strong. I'm personally wanting to try and get Pisces here because they have the potential to be social threats later on so might as well vote off threats while we have the chance.. however, I have a gut feeling they aren't actually going to be eliminated and may come back later so that is something to look out for.. if so, we need to claim we voted someone else incase they find out.

Willow and I had a very long conversation about college and stuff and I can really see myself working with her in this game. We have lots in common so as long as we trust each other we should be able to go far together. I have a feeling we are going to be split by ourselves after this so I probably won’t have willow by myside until a future tribe swap

I am SO happy that Nehemiah clearly has enough adversaries in this game to make himself an automatic target. Hopefully he will be sent home during this retrograde situation, but I have a feeling he will stay because he is very strong in challenges. I feel a little ridiculous for having such a strong vendetta for him this early on in the game, but I know that he is a number I cannot trust so it'd be ideal for him to head home earlier than later.

hello friends.  i told myself that i’m gonna force myself to write these .   So first couple days have gone past.  not too much has been going on.  24 person cast was kinda expected tbh with the season being battle of the signs and whatnot.  my partner SUCKS!!! he hasn’t talked all game until this morning so we’ll see how that goes moving forward.  having all the teams vote out one team was something else and unexpected but expected to cut down the size of the cast.  where the game goes from here, i have no idea and i’m excited.  i’m even more interested to see how the game shakes down after the pisces challenge.  cause that leaves 23 ppl and a whole lot of ppl left

That's 8 people that DID NOT want him here. And oh my god, I was living. I’m indifferent about Pisces getting voted into the elimination. I didn’t talk to anybody so as long as I’m okay i don’t really care at this point. My partner seems nice enough - hopefully he sticks with me.

So far so good? The two person tribe thing definitely freaks me out, and it shows that I have to put in work to maintaining a good relationship, but I feel like Adrian and I are on the same page. I always strive to have one really really solid ride or die per game and usually it doesn’t work out for me, so this time I’m willing to do what it takes to keep this duo. It was interesting to see that there were four tribes who wanted Pisces out, but I also was nervous about the one Aquarius vote (I hope it was from Pisces so that we don’t have to worry about them, but if it was from Willow then I’m anxious!).

Hello, So Aries got no votes and I feel blessed but also y’all stuck me with maynor, the drunkest person in this game, who’s chill but also I feel like he’ll fuck me over first chance he gets. But anyway I didn’t really want Pisces to go, mostly for chips because I think he’s the one that sent me a $10 google play gift card in 2016 for winning fan favorite once in a game he hosted and I STILL remember the movie I bought with that $$$ so I wanted to play with him so hopefully nehe goes so I can play with chips and get more google play gift cards hehe. Ok I need to go talk to maynor more even if it’s difficult bc I need allies ok bye.

So here I am!!! First confessional of the game! I am honestly shook that Kait and Owen are playing ahhhhh!!! Scary!!! But also my first impressions made me not like Chips so much so I’m glad he’s been voted “out”. My only hope is that he is the actual first boot of the season and that the other guy comes back! 🤞🏻

So it comes as not surprise to me that the Pisces get the majority of the votes. Even not knowing the details of Nehemiah and his relationship with others I am aware of the impression he gives. I was in the viewing lounge for International House of Survivor where people actively rooted against him as well as the duo's season of House of Shade where he was not taken seriously at the finale.

Truthfully it is kind of terrible to be targeted because I am on a tribe with someone who is not well liked by a chunk of the cast but I guess those are the punches you roll with. It would be similar in situation for anyone who had been put with a winner had the players not voted personally.

Instead of getting voted out we were given the chance to do a challenge. The challenge is counting as high as you can go and Nehemiah asked me to throw it for him. He said that he is not playing anything and that this is all he has. I told him that I didnt sign up for the season not to play at all.

I decided I am going to count to 1337 and then stop. If Nehemiah wants it more than me and he counts higher then he deserves to continue on. I want to play and I want to compete but I have had a busy day with my wife celebrating her birthday and my infant needing lots of attention.

I hope this is not my last confession but if it is it will be a fun experience getting first boot.

So we have this TikTok challenge for immunity and the one thing going through my mind is how the Hell are me and Kait going to do this? Neither one of us know how to use TikTok and now we have to make a video using it? Hopefully we can adapt quickly. It shouldn't be that hard.

I feel fairly confident that I’ll be going to tribal council this episode, because the Tik Tok challenge is proving to be a bit difficult, and I would do it alone if I could but I can’t! I wanna make this whole thang work with Adrian but now it’s making me nervous. If I get eliminated from Survivor because of Tik Tok I’ll SCREAM for a hot minute then work it into a standup bit or something

Well it is day 3 in this game and I am still pretty bored. I am PRAYING that me and Timmy can pull out a top 3 win in the video challenge so that way I can have other people to talk to. It's not that Timmy is THAT boring, it's just hard to only speak with one person when the game has 22 others.

Normally I hate these kinds of challenges, but I actually think that I came up with a pretty good idea. Hopefully Timmy can supply and we will be able to pull this one out. Obviously I am happy to not be first boot, but sitting around and waiting for stuff to happen is my least favorite way to play these games. Wish us luck!

So the past round has definitely been eventful for the sole fact that I was already voted out of this game before it even started. Like it kinda fits though seeing how I am and the relationships I’ve made over the months and years I’ve played these games. There are definitely tons of people from different games and different reasons to which I screwed them over. Definitely left sour tastes in majority of their mouths and I didn’t even realize who majority of the cast was until I was voted out 4-2-1-1-1-1 cause we voted with our sun sign. Chips was cool and I personally wanted to rebond with the dude after Kilimanjaro and on top of that I just feel bad. The dude was voted out for being my partner. I sent that motherfucker home unintentionally.

I had no faith in myself that I was winning that challenge yet now here I am still in the game with a chance. Yet the game was hit with another massive wave in the form of a twist that honestly is clever. The tribes of 2 is staying that way which unfortunately for me means my tribe of 1 is also staying that way. Top 6 teams will be safe meanwhile the bottom 6 go to the war zone aka tribal council. Where one is voted out. Now in my perspective if I was to lose this challenge (which hehe all on a tribe by myself having to depend on comp skills puhlease) I  will be attending an 11 person tribal council with all tribes having 2 but me. So I would outright stand as an easy target but I’m not going to roll over and die. The best way to survive would definitely be to worm my way into the ins. I also definitely need to right the wrongs that I have committed to some of these people who already decided to not want to deal with me. I mean what’s the point of getting rid of someone who is definitely going to be in the war zone a lot cause he can’t win by himself BUT he would most definitely be a number for your game if you choose to use him. The game is gonna merge into official better tribes sooner or later and I want to be there when it happens and I know I’m a loyal person to have by my side. There are people in this game that I haven’t played with or met and this is good for the power of surprise to the type of player I am.

Ok woo, so trace and I voted in the majority for the first vote so that was amazing. I'm sad Chips left and not Nehe because that would've made the game a lot better. I'm just hoping with this challenge and nehe being alone that his score is lower since it'll probably lose some comedic value...or at least I hope. I hate this challenge with all my being though because music video type challenges are the thing that gives me the most anxiety in orgs. Going to tribal doesn't even give me as much anxiety tbh. I usually don't even submit this challenge but I can't let trace down because that would suck for both our games and right now I need to focus on his game as well. Trace has been so helpful with this challenge and I'm so thankful that I'm on this tribe with him since he came up with the song and is doing the editing (i just had to film 15 seconds of me not trying to look totally disgusting). But all in all I think this will be a good video and I'm excited to see the results.

So my partner Devon and I are safe this week. For now, this is ideal as I need my first impression to be lackluster but still.. safe. I want people to see me as a loyal but foolish pawn who could be useful in competitions (not deadweight) but no comp threat. The downside is the lack of socialization. I can still only interact with Devon and am isolated from people I need to interact with, such as Madison or Owen or literally all the people I have absolutely no knowledge on. I fear pre-mades / pre-existing relationships. 4 votes on Virgo seemed unlikely but Chips leaving was good imo as there seemed to be more than 1 person from their cast in this game if I correctly recall from the intros. I will try to DM Devon more than I have as I need us to have somewhat of a bond or understanding even if it's only till ponderosa as I know most duos will have similar kinds of deals/bonds and to not have one is a disservice at this point although having him leave could get rid of the potential deadweight in upcoming challenges. Regardless, a healthy social bond never hurt me. I am excited for this twist to end whenever it does because it really is slowing down my momentum and makes me feel like I'm behind (I said this before I was isolated with immunity too). Final thoughts: not bad for a dead bitch!

This twist is so awful, so much strategy and factors are removed by not actually being in tribes. Its a mess, and a 12 person tribal? awful. But hey I have a planning day tomorrow so I dont teach, get to spend the day getting some form of alliance going, hopefully that can protect me cause..... if this twist continues ill be going to tribal a lot

Hello, Honestly fuck this twist!!! Making me play the first night small talk game AND the first tribal panic game in 1 day this is NOT fair. Its probably weird of me to be all obsessive about him, but like the things that this kid can do. I have talked to Cullan, Willow, Ian. (New people to me). Ive talked to Stephen, Matt B, and Madison (who i know). I havent talked to Cloe, Brandon, Taylor, and Jacob. I really like Ian but idk how he feels about his partner Cloe. Since Cloe is mine and Renee’s target.

At some point the ball has to start rolling, if it already has I'm fucked and didn't get out ahead of it fast enough. I've played real nice and friendly because first and foremost you need numbers and have to maintain those numbers before you can get into a position to start trimming the fat. I need this vote to go one really anyone but me and Chloe, I still need her, for now. Chloe needs to be my get out of jail free card. As of writing this, Brandon seems like the most likely target to pin the vote on. He hasn't talked to me yet and I'm under the impression he hasn't talked to others either.

We roughly have 2 hrs before tribal and None of these FOOLS are talking about the vote. :p imma die but i think atleast it might end up being between Cloe and BDC. I really like Ian and Matt B but the two targets are their partners so i hope me voting BDC or Cloe wont affect them potentially working with me.

It looks like BDC may be going which is awesome because he really hasn’t talked to me (or anyone else). I really hope people aren’t lying to me when they say they are good with voting BDC tonight. This is giving me facebook game flashbacks where there wasn’t much game talk and I was blindsided. That once tribal has given me soo much anxiety and makes me very paranoid this first tribal.
