In order to do this, create a post and click on the small photo icon on the top toolbar next to the font style settings. If you find that the four preset dimensions aren't providing the outcome you desire, there are easy ways to resize Blogger images to custom dimensions in order to fit your blog post area.

To spruce up the post even more, add the last three lines shown in green below:

It’s really easy to install FLATCMS.

Just put some tags

Fill in the required fields like username and pass and you are ready to go.

FLATCMS will directly scan you website for files with these tags and allow a user to edit these regions. Take a look at the install manual (included in the installation wizzard)

We are looking for a programmer/small programming firm to help us develop some proprietary software for our firm. The project consists of two separate projects - please apply if you are able to provide services for either or both.

Project #1 - We would like to create a web-based interface for photo management that works similarly to Google's old software Picasa (if not familiar I can provide a screen sharing demo and the software file). We need the software to be able to constantly scan our cloud based server (currently hosted with Google) and create an searchable interface based on the file structure on the server (our jobs are sorted by address) to view, manage, manipulate and produce simple pdf reports (two photos per page with captions). Currently Picasa does pretty much exactly what we need, however, it only scans files that stored locally. More details to come after initial interview.

Project #2 - We would like to develop a web-based ordering system for our clients to create new orders based on a template for each of our services. We currently have seven types of inspections, for which most would be one-off orders with simple layout of fields such as address, contact info and a few others, along with uploading excel, pdf and/or word docs. For one type of inspection, we perform repeat inspections of the same properties so that would be a combination of setting up a initial order, then subsequently having the option for our clients to order additional inspections for the same property. We'd also like to be able to update the status of inspections so our clients can see what the status is in an organized, easy to navigate portal. More details to come during interview.
