Finally recovered some residue of language, some sedimentary semblance of speech, and all it took was three days of sleeping for 14-hour intervals, nigh-constant Benadryl, daily sumatriptan, daily albuterol, and 140 mg propranolol. I am not equipped to withstand summer weather, I need it to be over POSTHASTE
