Here’s my redesign of Princess Mabushina, I made her look more human but still have gem features.

mabushina probably wins the princess battle between kirameiger and healin good, its actually very funny how much she just overrides her actual 6th ranger brother’s arc. rate is Very good tho which is an impressive accomplishment considering she cant talk most of the time.

Sena was sitting on one of the many large window sills situated around CARAT Headquarters. She pressed the blue button on her Kiramai Changer and called her mech, Mashin Mach. Mach’s smooth, gentlemanly voice answered the call almost immediately.

“Hey, Mach?”

“Yes, what is it, Lady Sena?”

“What do you think of Juru and the others?”

“Well, I think Juru still has some self-esteem and self-confidence issues, but he seems to be growing into his role as leader. Shovellow is a bit grumpy about Tametomo not staying team leader, but he needs to get over it. Mabushina said tradition is tradition. Shiguru seems calm, cool, and collected, but we know that’s only the side he wants us to see. He’s a good swordsman, a good actor, and a wonderful teammate. He’s a great person to have on your side in a fight. Sayo is kind, caring, and a wonderful doctor. She’s very smart and always ready to help. Then, there’s Tametomo. Tametomo is smug, cynical, sarcastic, cocky, and somewhat arrogant. However, underneath all of that lies an analytical mind, no doubt from his gaming career. Despite his flaws, he’s someone you want on your side in a fight. His shooting skills are very impressive and I doubt there’s another that can match those skills. I’m probably going to regret saying this, but I think Tametomo is almost as impressive as you, my Lady. All of you shine in your own ways, but in my eyes, you will always shine the most.”

“Well, I think Tametomo-kun is the coolest member of our team.”

Her face blazed with embarrassment. She couldn’t believe she just thought that about their one-time leader. Yes, he was cool and had top-notch shooting skills in the field, but he was also arrogant, cocky, and smug. Arrogance, cockiness, and smugness weren’t ideal traits for her ideal match. Her face blazed with embarrassment again as she thought of Kiramai Yellow as her ideal match.

“Mach, I can’t believe I said that out loud. If he ever heard that I said that about him, he’s probably going to be more smug than usual.”

Unbeknownst to her, Tametomo had heard most of the conversation. Juru had asked him to call Sena, as she’d disappeared and he was unable to find her. Though a bit salty over the fact that Juru was appointed the leader over him, he agreed with his teammate and opened up the commlink on the Kiramai Changer, obviously not ready for what he had just heard. His cheeks flushed. Did Sena really think he was the coolest?

Substitute N, (Ha ha, get it? Substitution.) a crystal doll made from Princess Mabushina’s diamond tears that can act as a decoy or fill in for a Ranger (kind of like CyberCam from Ninja Storm, only sometimes for field work). 

Unlike other cloning abilities in Sentai, this one follows the adage of “not as good as the original” as the duplicate has more deadpan emotions than the Ranger it copies and doesn’t quite match their skill sets (Ex. a fake Sena is not as fast a runner as the real one). It does just fine fighting against grunts or standing in for one of the Rangers in their personal lives despite the people they know may pick up something off about them. 

All in all, a good but flawed beginner’s tool to aid the Kiramager team in their daily lives and on the battlefield.

2. peep the tenderness on shigeru’s face in this shot! he’s big soft for this adorable crystal princess -- that’s big brother energy!!
