Responsibilities: •Assist escalation team to attend to customer inquiries or to process invoices •Communicate with internal or external customers •Process invoices and prepare contracts and agreements •Manage allocating engineers and technicians to clients in troubleshooting products •Record and maintain data and records of customer requests
