Put on an elaborate scheme that includes sending a man to learn how to be a home builder/ fixer upper. Then shifting into said guy. Filming and producing a 150 episode tv show along with your "undercover crew". Then showing up to your "arch nemesis" house who happens to be a HUGE fan of the show. All the while still undercover convincing the "arch nemesis" and the other house mates that your home remolding show "Go Flip Yourself" is going to pimp out their house. Get the house mates excited only to reveal in the end the house hasn't really changed much except some basic bitch pictures and candles. Oohhh but wait you and the crew did make a kickass closet. All of this ending in a SHOCKING reveal that you are really Simon the Devious and you went to all this trouble to steal the cursed witches skin hat from Laszlo. Now that's PETTY.
