We had a soaking rain from 4:30-5pm today, which was some effort to bring about. Heavy rain was falling all around us, and it took time to amplify the OR in this location. Many strategic places where the Forest Service sets fires in the area got thoroughly drenched. The entire southwest is getting abundant rain this week.
