(two versions because i couldn’t decide whether i wanted to go with the skin he wore during his stream or the one he’s updated to for the VOD thumbnail)
Some concepts for ultimate survival smp explorer Martyn! I kept the design simpler with the jungle not really having taken much affect on him but that might change at some point!
you know how in Greek mythology the gods would disguise themselves as mortals in distress to test humans and either reward or punish them depending on if they helped or not? hear me out:
Saint Jim, one of the most powerful gods, decides to do this little test, see if those living in the world have kindness in their hearts. So, he picks a spot, one with many neighboring kingdoms he can run through his trials, and settles. With just a bit of glamour, he’s human, glowing blonde hair hidden by a cowboy hat. He gets to building.
What he hadn’t realized initially was he wasn’t just bordered by any kingdoms- no, he was near a god. A minor god, nowhere near his status, but still one of the divine. He doesn’t plan on testing him, this Joel of Stratos, as gods are above the petty mortal things such as mean spirited attacks. They’re divine, holy, a source of good.
Then the walls go up, and Saint Jim realizes just how corrupt and astray the gods have become.
The experiment is bigger now, and Saint Jim has to push it, has to see where kindness lies and falls. He is a god, and he cares about the world and those in it. He tests each and every emperor, taking note of when they help and when they hinder and when they simply ignore.
He has to be able to repay them, after all. Return what they’ve done to him a thousand times over… for better or for worse.
Will you be editing your experience in the ultimate survival smp into videos? Would absolutely love to follow along w your story but unfortunately don’t usually have the time to watch long vods 😅
I hadn't planned to. I'm currently fully occupied with streaming and Limited Life edits so I'm not sure I could squeeze another video series in to the mix
All of the vods are going up on /inthelittlewoodlive though and they'll exist on Twitch for a while too
Maybe to help people keep pace, we could decide on a hashtag together for documenting key moments from the series and archiving clips? (thoughts on this everyone?)
