The Thrill of Hosting "Mendekap Makna Pulihkan Luka" Workshop with @kelas_ibuberdaya! Last weekend, I had the amazing experience of co-hosting the "Mendekap Makna Pulihkan Luka" workshop with @kelas_ibuberdaya. It was a mix of excitement, relief, and immense pride!

The journey involved:

Identifying member needs at @kelas_ibuberdaya through surveys. Collaborating with the team to develop the workshop concept, including materials, speaker, and schedule. Opening registration and enthusiastically answering participant questions. Warmly welcoming participants on the workshop day. Motivating participants as the MC opening. Capturing precious moments through photos and videos. Conducting a team evaluation for future improvement. While it was tiring, seeing the participants' enthusiasm instantly erased the fatigue. Their smiles and satisfaction fueled our drive to keep creating impactful experiences.

This experience taught me valuable lessons:

Solid teamwork is crucial. Actively listening to participant needs and feedback is essential. Adaptability and quick thinking are key in unforeseen situations. Helping others brings immense satisfaction. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this workshop:
