The voiceline when spawning in a technocyte coda is top tier. Arthur just deadpan repeating Aoi's message. Aoi's Horror at the techrot clones (Which is terrifying to be fair) and the emoticons which are peak Aoi. It's just so very wonderful

DOES ANYONE ELSE FIND THE TECHNOCYTE CODA BATTLE REALLY HARD. LIKE THE FINAL ONE???? i went in there with 6 revives and wukong's 3 survival techniques and i *lost.* i lost SO hard. im mr 21 so i chalked it up to not being equipped very well

but i just watched a legendary 2 die like... 9 times. which makes me feel a LOT better about myself but MAN

With the techrot encore adding Kaya's small story of breaking into Entrati's various enclaves, I've realized the potential for a very funny incident.

Drifter is in the backrooms with their partner. It's intimate. Meanwhile Kaya is trying to get more information out of Albrechts left over PC hard drives and realizes she has to break in. She teleports in, doesn't realize what's happening on the loft, starts hearing Warframe abilities go off, hears that void energy hum as transference starts and stops. Kalymos is hiding under a table with her ears covered. She teleports to the loft, instantly gets hit with a stray void beam and is knocked out cold. Wakes up at the bar a couple hours later, Quincy and Velimir keep glancing at her and laughing their asses off. Eleanor is sitting next to her, waiting with a glass of water and an ice pack. A second glass of water and an ice pack is waiting on the bar top on her other side next to Minerva (who is also unconscious for other reasons). The first thing she really hears is Lettie saying "You took a clean hit to the temple, kid. You're lucky it was an energy blast and not a bullet." The drifter is sitting in a booth and refuses to make eye contact. Kaya has no memory of what actually transpired after teleporting into the backroom.

In my defense, I didnt feel there were good options to answer the question: there was "Hero", which I thought was extremely egocentric/self-serving, "Villain", which sounded antagonistic, and "I've lived through a storybook already", which, while slightly antagonistic, it's the truth of the Drifter's experience, so it seemed like the least bad answer

I would honestly love for an expansion to 1999 to be for the hex to travel to the future/present with the drifter and meet the operator, and the ability to have operator conversations with some of them.

Imagine Velamir and Minerva acting like parents to the operator. Imagine Amir trying to teach them F&F. Eleanor talking about the infestation and void powers, Aoi introducing them to bands they never got to listen to, Talking with Arthur about square food, talking with Lettie about Kubrows and Kavats, and even talking with Quincy and him offering gifts and whatnot because he's good with kids.
