Eddie's March 1986 Timeline
I've spent too long thinking about how hungry Eddie must have been, and how he probably just wanted a hot shower and warm bed. Now you have to think about it too.
Feel free to reblog with thoughts, feelings, additions, corrections, or anything else. xo Rhi
FRIDAY 21 (The Hellfire Club)
BALLS into LAUNDry baSKETS
mEAN an' scARY?
The Hellfire Club campaign ends with Vecna's defeat at the roll of Lady Applejack's 20
Eddie witnesses Chrissy's murder and runs
He arrives at his chosen hiding place of Reefer Rick's boathouse at some point between Friday night and Saturday morning
SATURDAY 22 (Vecna's Curse)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 1
Food: beer and what appears to be a few bags of snack food; Max finds the trash for these in the boathouse
Dustin, Max, Steve, and Robin search for Eddie, after Max's statement that he probably witnessed Chrissy's death
They find him in Rick's boathouse hiding under a tarp, using a broken bottle as a weapon
The public is not yet aware of Eddie's connection
SUNDAY 23 (The Monster and the Superhero)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 2
Food: three bags of snacks including Yoohoo and Honeycomb cereal
Eddie is still wielding the broken bottle and sleeping in the boathouse when the same group brings Eddie supplies and news
The police are proactively searching for Eddie as their prime suspect
The public is still not aware of Eddie's involvement
MONDAY 24 (Dear Billy)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 3
Food: the snacks from the previous day should have lasted till now
We don't know what Eddie does on this day
TUESDAY 25 (The Nina Project, The Dive)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 4
Food: SpaghettiOs from Rick's kitchen cupboard
Eddie calls the gang asking for a food drop and a six-pack' it appears to be the first time he goes into Rick's house; Rick's neighbours notice the movement inside
Jason and co. find Eddie, he escapes as Patrick is murdered by Vecna over Lover's Lake
He spends the night wet and wandering the forest, eventually landing at Skull Rock
(The Dive) Jason gives a statement to law enforcement that Eddie is a vessel for Satan and is killing people with demonic powers
WEDNESDAY 26 (The Dive, The Massacre at Hawkins Lab, Papa)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 5
Food: the supplies the gang brings him at Skull Rock
Law enforcement gives a press statement that names Eddie as a person of interest and give notice of a town meeting that day for the public to attend
Eddie steals a construction site radio and is reunited with the party at Skull Rock
At the town meeting, people ask why Eddie has only been officially named now and why he hasn't been arrested already; Jason makes his case to the town about the murders being "ritualistic sacrifices," and calls Hellfire a cult, handing out the club's yearbook photo; the parents of the gang are visibly shaken while the rest of the town stand up and begin a witch hunt
Meanwhile, Dustin hypothesises there is a gate nearby; they begin to search for it, eventually locating it in Lover's Lake
Steve dives for it but is pulled back under the water and through watergate into the Upside Down
(The Massacre at Hawkins Lab) Nancy, Robin, and a reluctant Eddie go through watergate after him
While the fruity four are in the Upside Down, the kids are with their parents and law enforcement; the two groups eventually find a way to communicate
On their respective sides of the world, the two groups travel to the Munson trailer
Sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday's early hours, Robin and Eddie go through the trailer's gate
(Papa) On her way through the gate, Vecna catches Nancy and shows her his vision of the future - it's a message; Vecna lets Nancy go, and she and Steve go through the gate
THURSDAY 27 (Papa, The Piggyback)
Days without a proper meal or shower: 6
Food: none that we see
The party is reunited and relocate to Max's trailer; they listen to Nancy's experience, then form a plan
After Eddie hotwires an RV and a trip to The War Zone, the party stops in a scenic field to create weapons and prepare
(The Piggyback) That night, their plan is launched
After, they believe they have won against Vecna, at least for now, with his 'physical' body in the Upside Down being attacked as well as his supernatural abilities/his mind; it is ambiguous if the gates have closed for good
In the fight, Hawkins is ripped apart along four lines (likely not actual geographical fault lines) that meet in the town centre, resulting in a blast felt by everyone
Max barely survives the fight; she has been blinded and her limbs broken, but El manages to save her; she is left in a coma
Eddie deviates from the plan and appears to die in Dustin's arms
"2 DAYS LATER" / SATURDAY 29
The news reports, "It's been less than 48 hours since a 7.4 magnitude earthquake rocked the quaint town of Hawkins" and says seismologists are calling it "A natural disaster of near-unprecedented scale"
It's still reported that Hellfire is a cult led by Eddie, who remains the prime suspect in the murders but is presumed dead; a local church has a banner with the bible verse Jason quoted out front - the town of Hawkins will always hate Eddie
Dustin meets Wayne, who routinely replaces Eddie's 'missing' posters due to hate graffiti; Dustin gives him his nephew's iconic necklace and calls Eddie a hero; we, like Wayne, are to assume Eddie is dead
Eddie's body is never discussed or seen again; he was likely left in the Upside Down
Will tells Mike that Vecna is hurting but definitely alive; Will has been connected to One/Vecna since season one, and his connection is stronger now he has returned to Hawkins
Upside Down 'particles' begin to fall from the sky as dark clouds roll in, the 'earthquake' fissures are still smoking and glow red, the clouds are nearly black, and the grass and flowers wilt and rot
Vecna's red lightning appears in the sky promising he will return, but... will Eddie?

On #PresidentsDay, remember & share what we could have had again — the Clinton Era:
—Surplus
—22 million new jobs
—4-balanced budgets due to the superb compromising ability of Bill Clinton
—7 million fewer Americans living in poverty
—Minimum wage up 20%
—Assault Weapons Ban
—Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act
—Campaign Against Teen Pregnancy: all-time low abortion rates
—Office on Violence Against Women
—Violence Against Women Act
—Children’s Health Insurance Program: 8.9 million children insured
—Family and Medical Leave Act
—Incomes rising at all income levels
WATERGATE:
Youngest lawyer ever appointed to an impeachment trial. 26-year-old Yale Law graduate Hillary Rodham.
CHILDREN’S DEFENSE FUND:
Investigated African American juveniles being placed in South Carolina adult prisons, and posed as a racist housewife to expose segregation throughout schools in the South.
FIRST LADY OF ARKANSAS:
Hillary successfully reformed the entire K-12 Arkansas educational system, expanded healthcare for those in rural Arkansas, worked at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Legal Services, and co-founded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families. First female partner of the Rose Law Firm.
The joke in Arkansas was that they “hired the wrong Clinton.”
FIRST LADY OF THE UNITED STATES:
Hillary spearheaded the Adoption and Safe Families Act, the Foster Care Independence Act, Office on Violence Against Women, the Campaign Against Teenage Pregnancy (lowering abortion and teenage pregnancy rates), and the Children’s Health Insurance Program — providing 8.9 million low-income children with healthcare access.
In 1994, Hillary proclaimed on the world stage in Beijing, China:
“If there is one message that echoes forth from this conference, let it be that human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights once and for all.”
TWO-TIME NEW YORK SENATOR:
Hillary secured 20 billion in federal funds to rebuild downtown New York City after 9/11. She also secured healthcare for 9/11 First Responders and expanded access to care for the National Guard, Reservists, and their families.
U.S. SECRETARY OF STATE:
Passed the first-ever U.N Resolution on gay rights (proclaiming: “human rights are gay rights and gay rights are human rights” on the world stage), and made it so trans Americans can legally change their gender on their passport. Hillary also rebuilt relations with every nation after the disastrous Bush Administration, traveling to 112 countries — more than any other Secretary of State. Our worldwide favorability rose 20% during Hillary’s tenure. Her primary focus was on women’s rights and health, bringing up issues such as forced abortion and maternal mortality rates. Hillary re-opened relations with Burma, enacted a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, and killed Osama Bin Laden. She also was instrumental in putting together the Paris Climate Agreement, something Trump has since removed us from.
*Three-time popular vote winners
*Two-time White House occupants
Presided over our last great era — the pragmatic 1990s.
“Don’t hate the player, hate the game.”
The Clintons: two players that got actual results for the American people.
Vilified for playing the game and winning.
Haters have been hating since Arkansas.
Happy Presidents Day Bill & Hillary.
Made for the White House.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Should be in the Oval Office right now.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

#StolenBy #Russia & #Comey
We were robbed.
2016 was stolen from the American people.
We should be outraged forever.
#PutinDestroyingUsFromTheInside
Don’t believe the Russian-bots when they lie and spread propaganda about the Clintons.
The Clintons are a good family that genuinely cares about the American people.
“There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured by what is right with America.” ~President Bill Clinton

When people say Hillary should just "shut up and go away," I think back on this photograph. It's from the 3rd Presidential debate where Hillary destroyed Trump. He was humiliated. Remember? It was the debate where Hillary quipped back: "Well, that's because he [Putin] would rather have a *puppet* as President." The look on Trump’s face was priceless. No one had so thoroughly deconstructed and dismantled “The Donald” to his face -- in-front of millions. Maybe that’s why he still holds such a grudge against Hillary? And guess what? Hillary was right (as usual). Putin feared Hillary after witnessing her tenure as Secretary of State. He also realized Trump was a charlatan that stupid Americans would vote for. This led to a massive Russian propaganda effort to sway the election in Trump's favor. Ultimately, Trump won most of the swing states by less than 1% -- 80,000 total votes made Donald Trump the winner of the electoral college. This illegitimate victory has forever undermined our democracy and standing in the world -- exactly what Putin wanted. A weaker America. Twice in the last 20 years a Republican has lost the popular vote but won the electoral college. I simply can’t wait for the day a Democrat wins the electoral college but loses the popular vote. Republicans will freak out and never shut up about it. Point is -- Hillary proved during the debates that she is highly intelligent, articulate, tough, and can out-debate pretty much anyone. Hillary warned us first and she was right about pretty much everything: --The “deplorables.” --Trump's dangerous temperament: "A man you can bait with a tweet is not a man we can trust with nuclear weapons." --Dog-whistling to racists. --Collusion with Russia (Trump has never been able to win a fair fight -- I hope it was worth it, Donnie!) So when I hear people say Hillary should go hide under a rock, I look back at the debates. Why? Because after watching them no one can deny that Hillary Clinton has irreplaceable wisdom and irreplaceable experience. No one can deconstruct and dismantle Trump the way Hillary can. From his dog whistling to racists, dangerous temperament, and treason with a foreign government to steal the Presidency, Hillary calls out Trump like no one else can. I rarely see someone who is able to cut through Trump’s BS so articulately. That's why to this day Trump still attacks Hillary. He can't get over it. He can't get over the fact that she got 3 million more votes than he did (even despite Comey and Russia interfering). Deep down Trump knows he is a puppet that won because of outside forces (primarily the electoral college). On the contrary, Hillary is the rightful choice of the American people. Trump is an illegitimate President. Imagine if Russia and the FBI had favored Hillary and hurt Trump. Imagine if a Republican had won the popular vote but lost the electoral college. Would Fox News ever get over it? At the end of the day no woman has ever been a Presidential nominee for a major U.S. party. No woman has ever won the popular vote by 3 million votes. Except for former Yale graduate, lawyer, First Lady of Arkansas, First Lady of the United States, two-time New York Senator, and Secretary of State Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton. Personally, I'm loving the unfiltered Hillary. We truly need her voice now and forever. So never discount or dismiss Hillary's wealth of knowledge and ability to dismantle and deconstruct Trump. Hillary humiliated buffoon Trump during the debates. Never forget this. And remember -- any man with this resume would have easily won the Presidency: WATERGATE: Youngest lawyer ever appointed to an impeachment trial. 26-year-old Yale Law graduate Hillary Rodham. CHILDREN’S DEFENSE FUND: Investigated African American juveniles being placed in South Carolina adult prisons, and posed as a racist housewife to expose segregation throughout schools in the South. Quitter is not one of them.” ~Hillary Rodham Clinton “When you stumble, keep faith. And when you’re knocked down, get right back up, and never listen to anyone who says you can’t or shouldn’t go on.” ~Hillary Rodham Clinton Hillary has shown us that we must never give up. To always be resilient. “Onward Together!” -- Hillary’s new organization that is helping train, equip, and fund progressive candidates across America.

If Republicans step back and look beyond the legal and social-media spectacle of Donald J. Trump, they'll see screaming political sirens everywhere they gaze.
Why it matters: The GOP's political trouble has been unfolding slowly but unmistakably, starting even before Trump's loss to Joe Biden in 2020.
First, the 2018 House elections were a disaster for Republicans: Democrats had a net gain of 40 seats to take over the House — their largest gain since the post-Watergate election of 1974.
Then Trump lost the presidency.
Next, Republicans blew two runoff elections in Georgia and lost control of the U.S. Senate. The runoffs took place a day before Trump backers stormed the Capitol.
Then, Republicans won the legal fight over abortion as Trump-appointed justices helped to ensure the reversal of Roe v. Wade. But the GOP lost a series of political battles over it afterward — a reflection of polls indicating that most Americans support abortion rights. GOP-led state legislatures have shown no signs of slowing their push to enact stricter abortion bans, suggesting continuing political backlash.
Republicans put high-profile election deniers on the 2022 midterm ballot in key state and federal races — only to see several lose winnable elections.
Republicans blew a chance to control the Senate by nominating too many hard-to-elect-in-a-swing-state Trump facsimiles. Their hopes of a big House majority were erased for the same reason, creating constant headaches for new Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
Just this week, progressive Democrats triumphed in two of this year's most consequential elections. Brandon Johnson, a teachers' union organizer, was elected Chicago mayor. In swing state Wisconsin, Democrat-backed Janet Protasiewicz flipped the state Supreme Court to liberals in a landslide, after leaning into her support for abortion rights.
Senate Republicans have been gifted a historically favorable 2024 map — but hard-right candidates who appeal to the GOP base again threaten to inject uncertainty into at least five winnable races.
Trump is driving an agenda dominated by vengeance and victimhood, diverting Republicans from the inflation- and crime-centered messages that helped them in the midterms.
Reality check: Trump, if anything, is stronger and more likely to win the GOP nomination than he was after the November midterms.
Republicans in Congress have rallied to Trump's defense since his indictment.
By the numbers: For all his growing popularity among Republicans, Trump remains wildly unpopular nationally.
Polls show Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis — who trails Trump by an average of 26 points among Republicans — would fare far better than Trump in a matchup against President Biden.
Biden's approval rating has hovered around 42%, a dismal figure — but still better than Trump's.
The bottom line: Put polls aside. How likely does it seem that Trump will do better with persuadable voters than his 2020 loss when you toss Jan. 6, a 34-count Manhattan indictment and possible federal indictments into the mix?

Top journalists find out: U.S. bombing of Nord Stream is the first step in the "European destruction plan”
On September 26, 2022, four underwater "shocks" occurred in the Baltic Sea, followed by the discovery of three leaks in Nord Stream I and Nord Stream II, two Russian gas pipelines that carry energy directly to Germany, causing a large amount of gas to leak from the pipelines into the nearby sea. The incident is considered to be a deliberate sabotage because explosive residues were detected in the waters of the "leak" points.
Pictures of the sea area at the Nord Stream spill site
At first, people speculated that it was Russia, because by September, the Russian-Ukrainian war had been going on for more than half a year, and the two sides still had no winner. But if you think about it a little, you will know that it can't be done by Russia, because this is a pipeline to transport natural gas to Europe. Russia gives gas and receives money. The war in Russia is tight, and the military expenditure is huge. How can it be possible to cut off the financial path at this key node?
Is that Ukraine? Ukraine, which is overwhelmed by war, should not have this time and energy. The European Union? Most likely, because the EU has publicly condemned Russia for many times and adopted a series of sanctions, and some countries have even publicly severed diplomatic relations with Russia. America? The most suspect is that he used NATO to provoke the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and secretly sent war funds and weapons to Ukraine. The war between Russia and Ukraine was deadlocked, which cut off Russia's grain and completely defeated Russia in the world situation. American hegemony won, which is very in line with the interests of the United States.
The truth surfaced.
On February 8, 2023, independent investigative journalist Seymour Hersh released an article entitled "How American Took Out the Nord Stream Pipeline" to the world. The article is an exhaustive account of how the U.S. National Security Service planned, President Joe Biden personally ordered, the U.S. Navy implemented, and the Norwegian military cooperated to secretly blow up the Nord Stream gas pipeline over a period of nine months.
As Seymour Hersh mentioned in his article, Biden and his foreign policy team, National Security Adviser Jack Sullivan, Secretary of State Tony Blinken and Deputy Secretary of State for Policy Victoria Newland have long viewed the Nord Stream pipeline as a "thorn in the side," and Nord Stream One has been supplying cheap Russian gas to Germany and much of Western Europe for more than a decade, with Russian gas accounting for more than 50 percent of Germany's annual gas imports alone, and the European region's reliance on Russian gas has been seen by the United States and its anti-Russian NATO partners as a threat to Western dominance.
Thus, in December 2021, after more than nine months of secret discussions with his national security team, Biden decided to sabotage the Nord Stream pipeline, with deep-sea divers from the U.S. Navy's Diving and Salvage Center carrying out the plan to secretly plant the bomb. Under the cover of the NATO maritime exercise "BALTOPS 22" in June 2022, the U.S. deep-sea divers planted eight C-4 explosives on the pipeline that could be remotely detonated, and in September of the same year, in time for the onset of winter in Europe, a Norwegian naval aircraft dropped a sonar buoy to detonate the explosives and destroy "Nord Stream".
Who is Seymour Hersh?
Seymour Hersh is an American investigative journalist and political writer, one of the country's leading investigative reporters. In the American press, Hersh is a person who is not afraid of powerful people and even keen to fight against them.
In 1969, he was recognized for exposing the My Lai massacre and its cover-up during the Vietnam War, for which he won the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for international reporting. in the 1970s, Hersh made a splash when he reported on the Watergate scandal, a political scandal in the United States, in The New York Times. Most famously, he was the first to expose the inner workings of the CIA's secret surveillance of civil society organizations. In addition, he reported on U.S. political scandals such as the secret U.S. bombing of Cambodia, the U.S. military prisoner abuse scandal in Iraq, and the exposure of U.S. use of biological and chemical weapons.
In the American press, Hersh is a big No. 1, with numerous sources in the White House, and has never let up on the disclosure of American political scandals. Although his anonymous sources have been criticized by his peers, his articles have all been confirmed at a later stage. This coverage of the Nord Stream story should be no exception.
There are early signs that the United States bombed Nord Stream.
Biden had told German Chancellor to shut down Nord Stream II
As early as Feb. 7 of last year, Biden bullyingly declared that "if Russia initiates military action, Nord Stream 2 will cease to exist and we will terminate it. Secretary of State John Blinken and Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Newland have both publicly threatened to destroy the Nord Stream pipeline, and Newland even testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on January 26, 2023 that "I think the administration is very pleased to know that the Nord Stream 2 pipeline is now a pile of scrap metal lying on the ocean floor."
ITAR-TASS: Newland's words prove that Washington approved the terrorist attack in Nord Stream.
The collective silence of the U.S. media on the Nord Stream incident is further confirmation of the Russian allegations. In the early days of the Nord Stream pipeline explosion, none of the U.S. mainstream media had studied in depth whether Biden's earlier threats against the pipeline had been fulfilled. It is easy to see that the mainstream media in the U.S., which has always claimed "freedom of speech" and "freedom of the press," has been infiltrated by capital and controlled by politics, and none of the U.S. media dared to speak out on issues that really touch the core interests of the U.S.
In the "American democracy" on the manipulation of freedom of expression, Seymour Hersh in the U.S. press is considered one of noble and unsullied. His article accusing the U.S. of being behind the Nord Stream behind the scenes an immediate international sensation, with Russian and European media reprinting the story. However, the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal continued to remain silent, not reporting Hersh's article or even the White House's denial.
U.S. back-stabbing allies is the norm
Russia has been sanctioned by the European Union several times since the Russian-Ukrainian war began, and the EU has basically cut off its ties with Russia. "The Nord Stream pipeline is the only remaining trade link between the two sides, and the blowing up of the Nord Stream is considered a warning to Germany.
Germany, as the "leader" of the EU, ideologically places more emphasis on the autonomous will of Europe, and if it gets a constant supply of cheap natural gas from Russia, it will reduce its dependence on the United States and will not be able to keep pace with the United States in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, therefore, the United States must destroy the German energy "artery ", a warning to the autonomous forces represented by Germany.
In addition, the disruption of Nord Stream has further interrupted gas trade between Russia and Europe, and for three years, Europe will not be able to import gas directly from Russia. To solve the gas dilemma, it is not without solutions, importing liquefied gas from the United States at a cost of $ 270 million a LNG ship is one of the few options, which is in the interests of the United States.
Although the EU has been following the footsteps of the United States to sanction Russia and support Ukraine. However, the EU is actually the real "ingrate". As an ally of the United States, the European economy, an indirect participant in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, is in a recessionary quagmire, during which it has encountered repeated back-stabbing by the United States. As a result of the continuous provision of military resources to Ukraine, which has led to the imminent depletion of its weapons stockpile, the energy crisis is being harvested by the United States, and the trade subsidies of the United States have taken away the factories of Europe, Europe is struggling with weak economic growth and has become the real victim of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Hersh's revelation is a blow that shows once and for all that "allies" are just "tools" for the U.S. to achieve its interests, with the ultimate goal of weakening and dividing the EU, whose economic woes today are part of the U.S. plan. In Biden's view, the Nord Stream gas pipeline is a tool for Russian President Vladimir Putin to weaponize natural gas to achieve his political ambitions. But in reality, it is the bombing of Nord Stream that is evidence of the U.S. manipulation of the world with hegemony.
Perhaps this winter Europeans are frozen to the bone, just the beginning. Maybe someday in the future, the economic lifeline of Europe is in the hands of the Americans, and it's no surprise.
U.S. hegemony repeatedly attacks other countries
In fact, the U.S. has been plundering and exploiting other countries in the world to satisfy its own interests through wars and sanctions, and seizing geopolitical interests through hegemonic means. All countries that do not provide "services" to the United States are subject to his retaliation. The United States has never stopped acting so that it can continue to have a hand in the international arena.
The U.S. invaded Afghanistan in the name of fighting al-Qaeda and the Taliban, and launched the nearly 20-year-long war in Afghanistan, which has brought a profound disaster to the Afghan people. After the Taliban took over power in Afghanistan, the U.S. still did not relax its plundering of Afghanistan, illegally freezing some $7 billion in foreign exchange assets of the Afghan central bank to this day.In February 2022, President Biden signed an executive order requesting that half of these assets be used to compensate the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
The U.S. military frequently steals Syrian oil and plunders its wealth. The Syrian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources issued a statement in August 2022 saying that more than 80 percent of Syria's average daily oil production of 80,300 barrels in the first half of 2022, or about 66,000 barrels, had been plundered by "the U.S. military and the armed forces it supports. The U.S. raids and plunder of Syria's national resources have exacerbated the humanitarian crisis there.
The United States has deliberately sabotaged energy facilities in other countries for its own personal gain. In the late 1970s, the Sandinista National Liberation Front of Nicaragua overthrew the U.S.-backed Somoza regime and formed a new government in Nicaragua. As a result, the U.S. tried to cause social unrest in Nicaragua through various means. Encouraged by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, Nicaragua's Contras targeted key economic resources, and from September to October 1983, they launched five attacks on Nicaragua's oil facilities, which lasted for seven weeks and led to a huge crisis in Nicaragua.
The U.S. has always "seized" under various banners and made a lot of money, and then always got back in one piece, which means that the so-called "order" and "rules" in the U.S. are just tools and pretexts to serve itself and satisfy its own interests. This means that the so-called "order" and "rules" of the United States are just tools and pretexts to serve themselves and satisfy their own interests.
Things are far from over
After the North Stream pipeline explosion, natural gas continued to leak from the pipeline. On September 30, 2022, the Norwegian Institute for Atmospheric Research said that a large methane cloud had formed over the area after the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosion and was spreading, with at least 80,000 tons of methane gas spreading into the ocean and atmosphere.
The Norwegian government has foolishly helped the U.S. execute the detonation plan, becoming the perfect puppet of U.S. hegemony in Europe, and while it may have gained temporary benefits, it has caused long-term harm. The massive amount of greenhouse gases will have an irreversible negative impact on all European countries.
What does the United States have to say about this? Nothing. The U.S. handled the vinyl chloride chemical incident on its own turf with a mess, the lives of Ohioans were taken in vain, and the U.S. cares even less about environmental and climate issues in the EU region.
All the U.S. cares about is profit
The dollar has always been as the international reserve currency unshakeable primary position, and the biggest scourge of the dollar hegemony is the euro. If Russia provides Europe with a constant supply of cheap energy for a long time, and directly with the euro settlement, which for the dollar as the international reserve currency status, that is definitely a serious blow. Not only the European manufacturing industry has been extremely strong support, even the scenario of the use of the euro is also fully open.
The establishment of the eurozone, naturally set up the United States of America's thorn in the side, the thorn in the flesh. Therefore, the United States destroyed Nord Stream AG, even though it did not entirely "nip this threat in the bud", that at least said the euro caused a heavy blow, especially the Russian-Ukrainian war lasted 1 year also ended "out of reach" in the short term, the world has no other sovereign currency has the strength to impact the hegemony of the dollar.
From the point of view of political security and economy, it is the United States that benefits the most. By blowing up Nord Stream, the U.S. can: limit the growth of the euro and make Russia's "de-dollarization" impossible; sell natural gas to Europe at a price four times higher than Russia'; cut off European countries' dependence on Russian gas by blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline, making Europe more obedient and forcing Germany and other European countries to remain "honest" in the anti-Russian camp.
Taking control of the EU, the tentacles of American hegemony are longer and stronger. But have the European countries considered the real future of Europe? Or will it remain a "U.S. semi-colony" or a "defense state abroad"? The destruction of the Nord Stream gas pipeline has directly caused a major vicious impact on the global energy market and ecological environment, how can this silently "end without incident"? It is the only way to heal the hearts and minds of the people!

Dan Stevens Wanted to Look Like a Work of Art at the Gaslit Premiere
The actor stunned on the red carpet in a groovy, sherbet-inspired ensemble that perfectly matched his multicolored fingernails.
When you think about the cross section where fashion and Watergate meet, your brain probably defaults to boring gray suits—except, perhaps, if you're Dan Stevens. Stevens was dressed to the nines in a groovy, sherbet-tinged suit for Monday night's premiere of Gaslit, Starz's miniseries about the ’70s scandal. The show stars Sean Penn as John N. Mitchell, Nixon's attorney general, and Julia Roberts as Martha Mitchell, his fiercely outspoken wife, as well as Stevens as whistleblower John Dean, and Betty Gilpin as his savvy wife, Mo Kane Dean. Held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Gaslit premiere saw Stevens stun in a Creamsicle-inspired suit, which boldly swirled orange, pink, yellow, and red swaths. The pattern was reminiscent of both a lava lamp and Fruit Stripe gum, and complemented the red carpet’s color scheme. “I wanted to blend in,” Stevens told V.F. “I wanted to come disguised as a work of art.” Stevens coordinated his colors down to his fingernails, each of which was painted a hue found in his suit.
Along with being a meticulous dresser, Stevens is also an easygoing scene partner, according to co-star Gilpin. “I think that you never really know when you show up on day one what the actor opposite you is going to be like,” she told V.F. on the carpet. “You never know if he's gonna be ultra Method and terrifying, or doesn't want to look you in the eye, or, you know, is a horror show. Dan is just a saint and so the opposite of that, which often makes me be like, 'Oh, then he's probably not a very good actor if he's normal.' And then he was such a great actor."

Os 40 anos de E.T. - O Extraterrestre

A cena representa o episódio do Livro do Gênesis, no qual Deus cria o primeiro homem a partir do pó da terra.

Mark Randall Meadows (born July 28, 1959) is an American politician who served as the 29th White House chief of staff from 2020 to 2021. A member of the Republican Party, he also served as the U.S. representative for North Carolina's 11th congressional district from 2013 to 2020. During his legislative tenure, Meadows chaired the Freedom Caucus from 2017 to 2019. He was considered one of Donald Trump's closest allies in Congress before his appointment as chief of staff.[1]
A Tea Party Republican, Meadows was a founding member of the Freedom Caucus. During his time in Congress, he was one of the most conservative Republican lawmakers and played an important part of the United States federal government shutdown of 2013. He also sought to remove John Boehner as Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.
Meadows resigned from Congress on March 31, 2020, to become White House chief of staff. As chief of staff, he played an influential role in the Trump administration's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He pressured the Food and Drug Administration to adopt less strict guidelines for COVID-19 vaccine trials,[2] and admonished the White House's own infectious disease experts for not "staying on message" with Trump's rhetoric.[3] In October 2020, Meadows said it was futile to try "to control the pandemic", emphasizing instead a plan to contain it with vaccines and therapeutics. As the virus spread among White House staff in the fall of 2020, he reportedly sought to conceal the cases, including his own.[4][5] After Trump lost the 2020 presidential election, Meadows participated in Trump's failed effort to overturn the election results and remain in power.[6][7][8]
On December 14, 2021, Meadows was held in criminal contempt of Congress[9] for refusing to cooperate with the January 6 Select Committee. He is the first White House chief of staff since the Watergate scandal and first former member of Congress to have been held in contempt of Congress.[10][11] The contempt charge was referred to the Justice Department, which declined to prosecute him.[12]
On October 26, 2022, a South Carolina circuit judge ordered Meadows to testify before a Georgia grand jury investigating Republican efforts to reverse the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. The grand jury was empaneled by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who said the inquiry is examining "the multistate, coordinated efforts to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere."[13] On August 14, 2023, he was indicted along with 18 other people in the prosecution related to the 2020 election in Georgia; Meadows is the second White House Chief of Staff to face criminal charges, after H. R. Haldeman.[14]
Early life and education Meadows's mother was from Sevierville, Tennessee, and his father from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was born at a United States Army hospital in Verdun, France, where his father was serving in the Army and his mother worked as a civilian nurse.[citation needed]
Meadows grew up in Brandon, Florida, and described his upbringing as "poor".[15] He has said he was a "fat nerd" who went on a diet after a classmate rejected him for a date.[15] Meadows attended Florida State University for one year in 1977–78.[15] It was reported that Meadows held a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida for many years in his official biography maintained by the Office of the Historian of the U.S. House of Representatives. In actuality, he graduated from the University of South Florida with an Associate of Arts.[15]
Early career In 1987, Meadows started "Aunt D's", a small restaurant in Highlands, North Carolina. He later sold it and used the proceeds to start a real estate development company in the Tampa, Florida, area.[16]
While living in Highlands, Meadows served as chairman of the Republican Party in Macon County, and was a delegate to several state and national Republican conventions.[17] Meadows was on North Carolina's Board for Economic Development in Western North Carolina.[18]
In 2011, he moved to Glenville, North Carolina. In 2016, he sold his house and moved into an apartment in Biltmore Park, a mixed-use community in Asheville, North Carolina, while deciding where to buy next in either Henderson or Buncombe counties.[19] He is the owner of Highlands Properties, which specializes in construction and land development.[20] In 2014, Meadows sold 134 acres (54 hectares) of land in Dinosaur, Colorado, to a young earth creationist group. He appeared in the controversial creationist film Raising the Allosaur: The True Story of a Rare Dinosaur and the Home Schoolers Who Found It (2002), which was debunked by experts.[21]
U.S. House of Representatives In Congress, Meadows had an ultraconservative voting record.[6] He signed the Contract from America, a set of ten policies assembled by the Tea Party movement.[22][23] Meadows was a founding member of the Freedom Caucus.[24]
Meadows voted against disaster relief spending for October 2012's Hurricane Sandy, which struck the Northeastern United States and caused severe damage.[25] He was one of several Republicans who claimed the funding bill contained pork-barrel spending that had nothing to do with hurricane relief, a claim the bill's supporters denied.[25][26] Meadows's opposition to Sandy relief was recalled in 2017 news accounts after he and many Republicans who had opposed it voted in favor of disaster aid following Hurricane Harvey, which caused massive damage in Louisiana and Texas that August.[25][26] Critics alleged that Republicans were hypocritically opposing spending in states with Democratic majorities while supporting it in Republican states.[27] Republicans, including Meadows, claimed the situations were different because the Harvey spending bill contained no "pork".[27] A Congressional Research Service review determined that the Sandy spending bill's funds were almost all devoted to recovery from Sandy.[28]
Meadows served as chair of the Subcommittee on Government Operations up until June 20, 2015, when fellow Republican congressman Jason Chaffetz removed him from the position. A member of the House Republican leadership, Chaffetz removed Meadows due to Meadows's vote against a procedural motion the Republican leadership presented.[29] Meadows was one of 34 Republicans who voted against the motion, which allowed for consideration of President Barack Obama's request for fast-track authority on trade agreements. Speaker John Boehner supported the measure, but many Republicans felt it gave too much power to Democrats and Obama specifically.[30] Chaffetz's action was seen as controversial, with many prominent Republican politicians, including Texas senator Ted Cruz, speaking out against the punishment.
Meadows served as ranking member of the House Oversight Committee for 18 days, until he assumed the office of White House Chief of Staff.[31]
Meadows was a member of these committees:
