Kinda wish the phrase 'What you put out into the world will come back' or that manifesting wasn't a popular thing rn or whatever, I feel like it has made my OCD a lot worse.

#Bc they also mean thoughts and I CAN'T it makes me feel very a lot #Idk how to explain it somebody w ocd probably has explained it better #But it makes me hate living a lot more #I feel like I can't just have my thoughts without worrying I'm accidentally manifesting #Which sounds silly and idc what anybody says about how it does and doesn't work?
