If anyone's wondering why I'm taking this course and have that charge it's because I got in a fender bender and there was a biiiig huge deal made of it even though we just kinda cracked our bumpers and it was a low-speed collision. I'm actually a really good driver (well I think so anyway, I'm mindful and polite on the road and never was in a crash prior), my brakes just failed to bring me to a complete stop on time on the road the morning after a big rain storm (the roads were wet af) and there was a sudden stop in traffic ahead of me. A combination of a mistake I made and weather conditions, and just bad luck tbh. I swear I'm a careful af person, this was actually my first accident after several years of driving just fine.
