Me: You know, the twist in Avalon High would have tracked better if they gave Will and Allie some sort of actual relationship and there was some sort of betrayal. Like, it doesn't make sense for Jen and Lance to still be Guieniver and Lancelot if their betrayal wasn't something Meaningful and Heartbreaking for Allie and the idea of moving past it wasn't a sign of inner strength like it would have been for Will. It would honestly be kind of interesting if Golden Boy Will was revealed to be cheating on her with Jen, this perfect seeming person who she genuinely cared about revealed to be someone who made a terrible choice and her having to deal with that fact and the powerful emotions that come with it before making the decision that the world matters more and trying to help Will realize he's Aurthor and then BAM the twist happens?! Because she showed selflishness, strong feelings of justice, strength and kindness towards others even in her lowest moments? It would have been great though complex for a Disney Channel Original.

My Sibling, big braining: Okay but what if instead of that... Everything in the orignal movie stayed the same... But Allie was dating Jen.
