Good news, might be able to get actual official tribal affiliation, since I meet the %/ fraction requirement with the tribe I know for sure I descend from. Probably can’t do the same with the other side of my family since I have no clue what tribe they descend from and don’t know how to find out, so this is about the only shot I have to reconnect with this part of my heritage Only problem is trying to figure out how to get records of my ancestor(s) I have that heritage from, because the enlistment for that requires proof of lineage (which makes sense, but it does make things difficult)
