just rewatched Jump the Shark & i am: a mess
#it's one of my biggest comfort eps. literally a perfect episode#it feels like it was written for me not as an X Files fan but as a Lone Gunmen fan#& i'll never get over how perfect their deaths are#like yeah it's faked but even if it wasn't. it's the most fitting ending they could've gotten i think#(ignoring what the revival did bc i'm still kinda :/ about that)#also Yves being in the X Files is genuinely the best thing that could've ever happened on this show#like msr being canon? i can deal with that not happening#but Yves being in one (1) episode of the main show???? i wouldn't give that up for anything#& Jimmy too of course <3 my most beloved#when your polycule is small but y'all crazy <33333#anyway this episode means the absolute world to me i just love the Lone Gunmen so so so so so much
