*my old ultrasound machine fails to boot for the first time in 8 years*
me: wELL, time to get a new one! :D
#you'd think I'd be annoyed#and i'm sure it could be fixed if I called the right people#but tbh I was just waiting for an excuse to get a better one#even if it's a big expense#it's a decent machine especially compared to what my boss had at the time#but you can get way better tools in the same price range right now#and I'm itching to be able to finally see finer structures without issues#pancreas...does it exist? adrenal glands...are they a myth?#I use the ultrasound pretty often in general diagnostics and I want to see it all clearly!#(ALSO A DECENT TAX WRITE OFF HERE WE GO)
