Gamzee seems pretty well liked by younger fleet members - I mean, what’s not to like, he’s super duper friendly by troll standards! Is he generally viewed as kind of a “catch” as a diamond? Not necessarily to the extent that he’s got people swooning over him like Karkat’s students are crushing on Karkat - though heck, maybe he does have a lot of admirers! But when Karkat’s students see Gamzee and Karkat as moirails together, personal preferences aside, is it generally perceived as the pale version of seeing a really hot couple and thinking, “godddd why are they both so hot???”

I mean listen. Listen. This is such an id-fic, you think I'm NOT going to immediately slam the CANON ACCEPTED button on "hey is everybody jealous and flustered around your favorite character/ship because of how hot and desirable they are?" lol ofc I'm on board.

Probably there's also a sharp divide on who thinks Gamzee or Karkat is attractive pale based on what side of them they see and what the person's own inclinations are--some of the people are seeing Gamzee being a chill, laughing, friendly dude and being like "ohhh man he could chill me out" and some of them are seeing him go apeshit like he does sometimes and going "I could fix that 👀💦♦️" (Verato I'm looking at you).
