S2 Spoke acts so different from S1 Spoke. He narrates his own actions, speaks directly to the audience, and overall constantly breaks the fourth wall. Why?

Because he realized he was just a character in a scripted universe.

He realized the world he was in were never real. The people around him were never real. He decides "Fuck this" and just decides to fuck around with the fourth wall and have some fun. He no longer cares about things within the universe because he realized nothing in the world was real, therefore none of it truly mattered. (He's only partially correct. He doesn't believe anything that happens leaves any impact on anyone. But even characters do experience things from their own perspective. Spoke is simply seeing the world from the perspective a viewer might see it: a stage set for a scripted story.)
