I'm pretty sure all those "how to factory reset your phone" yourself articles are all bullshit
#based on every single one we've tried to try and reset my mum's phone#(she forgot her pin code and literally just got the phone on saturday)#I swear phones need to have instructions in plain English when you set them up for the first time#bc if it said in big letters 'you need this PIN every time you switch on your phone' she would have written it down#and it's just added to what has already been a really shit week and I just want to yell into the void
