I had another dog dream Specifically where i was in a new place and i went to a shelter and walked out with a dog that looked oddly similar to my old dog. He wasn’t my old dog though. There were more brown patches, not just the one on his head. Just a big white fat-headed mutt with brown patches, and a dapper name that honestly matched up with Atticus. It wasn’t Atticus but it had the same power to it. I’ll probably remember what it was later bc that is exactly what i want to do. I’ll go and get me another big dumb sweet mutt again and give him a smart name all over again.

#taks speaks #there was also a cat in the dream and i woke up with a stuffy nose so wtf was that part #either way i got to hug a big mutt who has nothing behind his eyes but love and thats what matters <3 #the cat part is just my brain torturing me and going like 'oof pollen ya know what your other allergies are? take them'#and here i am wondering why the fuck that happened #like thanks brain for reminding me im allergic to those little fluffy creatures that i really want to be around #also reminding me that i'll be staying with somebody who has like three cats next month and i wonder how i'll feel after that #ugh idk but im also gonna see the family dogs too #bc my mom kept her ex husband's adorable mutt #and of course my sister's little turd of a dog who is just baby #hnngg i miss having a dog around #or at least a cat even if it does add to allergies #just give me a loving cuddly animal. all i want #idc if im allergic to it #and another odd part. i didn't get my dog from a shelter back then #he was a foster who was given up bc his old owners were moving to a place that wouldn't allow pit mixes bc ya know bully breed #and we took him in and bc of my connection to him we just kept him the rest of his life #which sadly wasn't as long as it could've been #but ig that's just the lifespan of a massive dog with anxiety #which apparently is that of a great dane #which is only like 8 or 9 yrs... i think he made it to ten tho #but we didn't know his actual age just relative #either way valentine's day last year fuckin sucked bc of this beautiful boy #ugh i miss that big dummy
