#bdg's midnight gourmand vid gave me a new perspective on cooking as an adult#and I feel like i make food i want to eat more often than not.#but I also recognize that i live in an area with like a dozen grocery stores within 20 minutes of eachother#value specialty stores imports#im considering it#even though my mis en place is lacking#but hey i know what that is#also not having that *vibe* would help#recpie blogs have gotten a lot better in the last five years though#both in direction and in the people giving them#theyre three pages for a reason
