Background: Bedford Courts claims to be a great recreation center for the community, but in reality its a guise to bring 58 LUXURY CONDOS and 330 units of UNAFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING to Crown Heights.

Crown Heights is one of the most rapidly gentrifying neighborhoods in New York City, and as a result the neighborhood faces a homelessness crisis. As the Mayor is trying to open 3 shelters in Crown Heights, he is also trying to sell OUR PUBLIC LAND at the Bedford Armory for luxury housing.

The developer, BFC Partners, is a big Trump supporter who tweeted "Make America Great Again" and "those who don't like it, GET OUT" on the night of the election.
