#finally got to show my friend SAO abridged and he appreciates it omg I'm so validated#I watched that shit in high school and it's lived rent free in my head ever since#actual SAO is such shallow gamer-fantasy vanilla isekai but the abridged series actually gave them character and chemistry#like. yeah some of it is classic abridged series 7th grade humor. but then they have an actual emotional moment and you're like oh shit#anyway abridged! Asuna and Kirito give me perpetual brainrot and I want to yell about it so here I am#look. maybe two immensely fucked up and antisocial people can actually find someone who understands and loves them#you ever think about that? huh? maybe we can all find human connection despite how much we desperately push others away#maybe it's okay to crack a joke about your friend killing himself and the cry into the shoulder of someone who cares about you#wow I got way too personal over a fucking anime abridged series. you're welcome.#I just basically repeated what Yui says.
