i do love that my dad (whose team handles his firm's real estate needs) has thru a variety of influences (yes mine but also 'having had a coed bathroom on his floor at college in the 70s and found that it worked just fine for all parties') become a guy who's like. why do we need Men's and Women's Bathrooms in our offices. let's just. have bathrooms.

#this is apparently making the latest fitout significantly more expensive bc apparently state code says you then can't just have partitions #each toilet has to be in a floor-to-ceiling Walled Isolation Room #but apparently they've hired somebody who's nonbinary and my dad's arguing it's an equity issue #anyway like. not that he hasn't had his conservative moments but. creating real positive change in the [field redacted] world!! verklempt #a consistent family tag
