thinking about eds n him always making you stuff for holidays. handmade stuff or even just like singing u a song he wrote. n the only time he splurges is for christmas bc i can see him having such a soft spot for the holiday. <3

i feel like eddie has a thousand of hidden hobbies because he knows that if someone finds out about them, they'll make his life a living hell. but once the holidays come around (esp valentine's day and christmas), he can't help himself and will end up making you a bunch of stuff – most of them are extremely messy, but still extremely endearing.

i mean, he is no seamster but i just know that he would try to make you some cute clothes (you know that guy on tiktok that makes outfits for his girlfriend all the time? yeah, that's him), even though they'd be pretty shitty in the beginning, you can't deny that eddie does know how to sew some lovely skirts – and he would totally adjust some of your clothes if you ask him to. but i feel like his specialty is customization, where he alters some old clothes he bought at the thrift store to make them more your style and gift them to you <3

eddie probably knows how to knit and lemme tell you: when he isn't planning the club's campaigns, he will stay up all night knitting you a sweater. and if you like them and wear them all the time, he probably makes you one each week, i swear. and he would totally be That Sappy Boyfriend™ and knit you both matching sweaters so you can use them on christmas.

and he totally does have a notebook full of short love poems and love ballads that he writes exclusively for you, but he almost never plays them outside of his bedroom because they're made for your ears only – which upsets you a bit because they're so good that you feel he has to share it with the world. i feel like his first valentine's day gift to you was a very messy and smudged love poem that he wrote for you.

not to mention that he would 100% learn how to make bead bracelets and rings for you just because you mindlessly commented one day that you find them really cute.
