sometimes... I’m in a tag... and there’s someone yelling “UPDATE YOUR [name of tag] FICS” in multiple posts... and I want to be like
honored tumblr user
do you really think that this is the way.
#bc if i had a [name of tag] fic to update i would sure as fuck be like well now i'm waiting another week to update#maybe don't demand fic updates in a tag from strangers?#maybe don't do it to their face/on their stories either?#but if this is intended to be aimed at a specific person they know and are friends with in good fun/faith#honored tumblr user: maybe go talk to them#bc you sure aren't entitled to anybody's time or labor or headspace needed to produce the fic you're yelling for in the tag#and idk if that has quite occurred to you?#at least in quite that way?#but i can guarantee it's occurring to all the fic writers reading your frankly rude as fuck posts#anyway i don't know honored tumblr user and i don't want to start a fight#so here's where i'm gonna leave it
