i hate that i actually need to consider buying a new hard drive and i want to blame it on things like bloatware and video games being dozens if not hundreds of gigabytes large because no one bothers to optimize anything and graphics have to be better and show more skin pores and ray traces and shit but the bulk of my storage space is dedicated to hoarding old console games that had to be optimized at least to some degree back when they were hot shit so i think a lot of this is on me this time

#soda offers you a can #i mean you'd think 500gb would be enough considering i don't do a lot of things that involve large files #but it isn't unless i do semi-regular file management #at the same time though sonic frontiers is over 40gb + mod files + my own modding endeavors #if i uninstalled it and deleted files i'd get a decent chunk of space but i like frontiers :( and modding it also :(#if i was rich i wouldn't be as bummed but i am not and i need to save my money anyway in case i get accepted to uni again #bc this time i'll need a laptop for that shit. or a tablet? An Expensive Gadget #point is no hard drives for me for the foreseeable future
