Of all the interactions with Nick, one of the funniest to me is if you haven't met Dogmeat yet when you need him to track Kellogg cause no matter what the Sole Survivor says to Nick after he says he has a "friend" who can help, he just won't like?? tell them his buddy's a dog??

and like I KNOW it's because the writers wanted it to be a surprise like "oh look it's Dogmeat!! here he is!! you could've picked him up earlier but you didn't oh well!!"

but it just makes it come across like Nick's rly embarrassed to tell the Sole Survivor that he's friends with a dog. like they're pushing it until Nick just "I just have this friend okay!! let's go outside now!!"

like Nick hon you can tell us you're friends with a dog it's fine
