Julian had been at the event for almost an hour and probably had eaten his weight in calories ten times over. Plus consumed what felt like a gallon of lemonade too. And nothing struck his fancy as of yet. He should have stayed home. It would have saved him a whole lot of money and anxiety if he had. It was when a slicked back do of hair caught his attention and this night got more interesting. He’d recognize that hair and those broad shoulders anywhere. 

“Well look what the gay cat dragged in.” Julian commented nonchalantly. He waited for the man to turn around to face him. His eyes did not deceive him. It was none other than Blaine Anderson. The one and only. He had met Blaine back in the early years of university. They hooked up a couple of times. A good couple of times before figuring out that they were better off as friends. He still found the younger man attractive. There was no denying that. Though he didn’t expect another man to turn around with him. No. That caught him off guard.
